Very bad service. Employees tried to rip us off. Asked for advice two days in front and everything was ok. At arrival less service as agreed and price x3. I strongly advice not to use this parking 'service'.

My boyfriend and I left our rental car here for 3 days while visiting Naples, although I was sceptical, we had no issues, were able to book online for a cheap price and saved us from having to drive in Naples!!

I have been using this company for more than 5 years. They are friendly, professional and above all reliable. The drivers in particular are charismatic and never fail to put a smile on your face after a long airplane journey

Beware- Careless treatment of vehicles. Make sure you take lots of pictures outside and inside your vehicle including mileage before you leave your car's keys at Parkingo Naples. They cause a severe damage to the front bumper of my rental. Several parking valets that do not respond and do not assume any responsibility. Manager absent. Costumer service do not respond emails. Cost of repair 450 Euro out of my pocket

Terrible!!! Stay away from those scammers!!! I left my car for 19 days. When I came back, I checked the car and saw that they hit its back corner. First i tried to explain it but they said it is an old hit. Then i showed the photos i took the day i left the car and the dust over the hit, they started to ignore me. 5 mins later another employee with a good english came and told me that he will fix the problem and if cant he will pay me for it. He tried to get rid of the hit by applying paste wax but it didnt go off (of course). Then they started to tell me that i can make it repaired in any paintshop in italy for free. I objected and asked a refund aaand thats when they started to get ugly. First the good english speaker started to tell me that he doesnt understand what im saying then they told we cant be sure it is a fresh hit or not. And told me that it was my fault and reponsibility not to show the car to an employee with a inspection sheet and make him sign it. Then i just gave up beacuse i was with my baby and wife after 8 hour travel and i had 4 hour more ride home. I know that you dont know me but know that im just a simple traveller who got bullied and scammed by those people. So hear me out, i know by the look of photos it looks nice and cosy but its not. Keep away from this place if you dont want any trouble with your car!!!

Very professional and efficient parking service. We left the car for a week. Parked the car, they helped us with the luggages and immediately left with a shuttle to the airport (2 min ride). A week later when we arrived they had our car ready to pick up. Special shout-out to Gennaro who was very professional, friendly and helpful! Will definitely use the service again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! If I could give them -10 stars I would. Don't recommend it, avoid them, totally unprofessional. Their rent a car service it's a scam! Long story short: me and my husband wanted to rent a car for a few hours to go visit a nearby city. We rented a car with doyouitaly, but apparently that's the agency, and this was the renting service. First, the lady from the office was a very unprofessional and insensitive person. She didn't gave us any useful directions to get to the renting car place, we stayed 1 hour and a half on the street to wait for the shuffle bus in the summer ar 35°C degree, without any stores near by to buy at least a bottle of water. She acted like we should have know the area, not like we were tourists, as we are. There were not a single bus sign, or google adress to have any idea were to stay waiting for the bus. Two busses passed near us, without even looking at us, even though we desperately tried to catch their attention. When the bus finally picked us, the driver didn't wear a mask. The lady from the rental was the worst kind of person, she didn't had any consideration for the situation that their company made us go through, she was beyond unprofessional: she didn't wear a mask, she wasn't at her office, we had to wait for her another 5 minutes. When she arrived she was asking for credit card even though on the platform or email that we received with the booking they didn't request any deposit. She said that we need to pay a deposit of 800 euros, for the rental, even after we specify that we weren't informed before (they didn't mention anything in the email booking about the deposit). After this total unprofessional behavior, we were afraid to go further with the renting, because we didn't trust them anymore. We ask if we can go back from the airport from where the shuffle bus picked us. The bus driver seemed willing to take us, but the lady from the office said no, she said that it's only for customers. After we waisted almost 2 hours in the sun with all this situation, we had to pay another 15 euro for a taxi to take us back to the airport. So please, don't use their services, they are totally unprofessional and without any discussion one of the worst experience of our life. We waisted half of our last day in Napoli, with this company.
