N	Nicola Serra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci eravamo accordati per un parcheggio coperto, ma al ritorno trovo la macchina abbastanza calda per essere stata 6 giorni al coperto (tra l'altro in quei giorni aveva anche piovuto a Napoli e l'aria al coperto era abbastanza fresca). Inoltre la macchina era sporca all'esterno di polvere come se fosse caduta acqua sporca sopra Tuttavia non posso saperlo con certezza, potrebbe aver diluviato nel capannone... La navetta all'andata è stata molto puntuale, mentre al ritorno abbiamo aspettato meno di 10 minuti per via del traffico. R	R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliati perché puntuali, attrezzati e cortesi; nonché economici. Come per ogni viaggio aereo ci si deve anticipare un'oretta o più in tutto, ma con loro state sereni. All'andata telefono 20 minuti prima dell'arrivo ma sono capaci di arrivare dopo 15 minuti dall'appuntamento, impegnandoci 35 minuti ad arrivare e mi danno appuntamento alla "rotonda" (... Forse perché sanno di non poter essere puntuali e, quindi, di farmi attendere 15 minuti davanti agli ingressi delle partenze??!!) Arrivo quasi in ritardo a prendere l'aereo. Al ritorno, sebbene l'aereo fosse in ritardo, e potendo leggere, immagino, loro i ritardi, non sono presenti all'uscita; ricevo telefonata dove mi dicono che attendevano una mia telefonata una volta sceso dall'aereo. Morale della favola aereo atterrato alle 21.30, riesco a partire alle 22.00. Ho usato diversi servizi di altri operatori, tra car velvet e navette, ma mai tali disservizi. Mette a disposizione un servizio navetta per accompagnare i clienti all'aeroporto e appena atterrati per di accompagnarmi alla macchina. Il costo è veramente vantaggioso per la qualità è serietà del servizio . Consiglio di non prenotare attraverso internet ma di chiamare direttamente il parcheggio così si risparmiano i costi di commissione. Il personale è gentile . This car park is a few kilometers from the airport. It is covered and allows you to take your car keys with you. I recommend not to book through the internet but to call the car park directly in order to save commission costs. The staff is nice.

I ragazzi che guidano la navetta sono un po' troppo spericolati, mi sono addirittura sentita male a causa delle curve prese male. Avevamo l'uscita dal parcheggio alle 14.30, alle 13.50 hanno iniziato a chiamare insistentemente perché ancora non avevamo chiamato per la navetta. La prima volta gli abbiamo sottolineato che eravamo appena scesi dall'aereo ed era necessario attendere per i controlli. Siamo arrivati al punto di incontro alle 14.20 e poi ci hanno fatto aspettare 30 min per venirci a recuperare. The price and the location are the only good things.
