★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono ritrovato con l'auto in pannne,all'ingresso di Napoli,lontano 400km da casa,il Soccorso è stato rapido,avevo un B e B con le mie cose da raggiungere,a 40km da Napoli,era sabato e si era fatta sera,nessun meccanico di emergenza poteva risolvermi la situazione.Questa persona "Matauto" poteva semplicemente svolgere il suo servizio Soccorso,lasciare l'auto in deposito e terminare il suo lavoro.Invece,notando le mie difficoltà e quelle di chi mi accompagnava,ha cercato insieme a noi una soluzione per tornare al B e B e per affrontare i giorni a venire,a causa del danno all'auto.Ci ha trovato un auto a noleggio a prezzo ONESTISSIMO (malgrado ha avuto occasione per poter "salare" il prezzo),ci ha indicato e consigliato un B e B a prezzo ONESTO per poter stare vicini al deposito dell'auto in attesa del meccanico per il Lunedí e con pazienza il Lunedí ci ha trovato un meccanico QUALIFICATO in grado di garantirci la partenza in serata stesso.E cosí è stato.Il prezzo del servizio é stato un FAVORE,Matauto ha fatto anche un gran prezzo perché poi l'auto è stata portata anche dal deposito all'officina meccanica.Conosco il mestiere,perché nel settore delle auto ci sto da 20anni.. e posso dire che mi ricorderó con grande stima di Matauto,la sua disponibilità,la sua Onestà e rispetto delle persone.Oltre la mia recensione,saluto con affetto Matauto,il suo staff e ringrazio per il caffé che ci é stato offerto in sede,durante l'attesa.
