★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima professionalità. Ho lasciato loro la macchina 8 giorni mentre era in vacanza in Spagna (con rifornimento fatto prima di arrivare al parcheggio). Trovata completamente senza benzina, con i km azzerati. Avendo fretta vado via, ma poi innervosito li chiamo per chiedere spiegazioni e la ragazza al telefono risponde arrancando scuse aggrendendomi anche verbalmente.
Scarsa professionalità. Altamente sconsigliato
 Bad professionalism. I left my car with them for 8 days while on holiday in Spain (refueled before arriving at the car park). Found completely without petrol, with zero km. In a hurry I go away, but then nervously I call them to ask for explanations and the girl on the phone answers trudging an apology, even aggravating me verbally.
Lack of professionalism. Highly not recommended

It lacks organization compared to other competing companies. Fair prices but on the other hand you cannot have the quality of the service.

Molto professionali. affidabili e veloci con il servizio navetta. Un grazie particolare a Raffaele76 che mi ha ritrovato il portafoglio che avevo perso nella navetta.

We booked online for 3 days and I just bring my PayPal receipt and they took the car. A driver bring us to the Garibaldi train station.
For the departure I just called the staff and a driver picked us at the same train station to go at the parking and the car was ready to go.
