in. A clean and comfortable hotel with a very nice breakfast. The room was larger than expected and nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Venice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean hotel. Comfortable and stylish rooms with fabric lined walls. Professional and attentive team. Ideal location: minutes away from San Marco and yet in a quiet picturesque corner.
Breakfast can get very busy, book your slot for the next morning on arrival. Coffee at breakfast wasn't great, the coffee in the room was very nice though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for four nights at the Palazzo San Lorenzo and were more than happy there. The staff is so kind, the service quick and easygoing, every request is answered immediately. The breakfast is fresh and offers a broad range of pastries, fresh fruit, muesli, cheese, marmelades and cake. We were offered a wonderful boat tour which I recommend. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and delicately decorated. The location is great, only 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco but totally quiet! In a nutshell: a great place to be when visiting Venice. Six out of five stars ?. Thanks to the wonderful crew! One minor remark: there is no name at the facade, so you have to ask the nice guy from Ali's pizza on the other side of the small canal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a perfect location from all the main attractions and restaurants! Gondola rides can be booked for only €60 outside if the hotel arranges for you! Staff are extremely helpful and book meals / trips if you ask! Joanna was particularly helpful and she made our holiday very comfortable and relaxed! The room was very clean and had everything you will need, the breakfast was also surprisingly wide ranging - bacon, eggs, pancakes, cereal etc! I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would like to thank the staff for making my birthday weekend so special! X
