★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff but unfortunately the food wasn’t overwhelming. The seafood platter was a mix of smoked fish and seafood that had a little too much perhaps vinegar - we ordered this thinking given we are so close to the sea it would have beautiful fresh fish.
Our pasta was slightly overcooked too and more like noodles as opposed to pasta :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place to be ?? The location is a beautiful old house, build in 1702. The Service is always attentful and friendly and they speak a good English. But most important: The food is fantastic! ?? We had some Noodles and some grilled fish and it couldn’t be more fresh or more tasty ? ... and that for an absolute fair price! ... Go there and enjoy - U won’t be disappointed ???

Also, as a rule of thumb - in Italy always go with house wine, is good and great with all dishes (and less pricy).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty cosy place, especially if sitting upstairs. We had some amazing pastas here so highly recommend. Lemon sorbet served in a frozen lemon skin was a nice treat for the dessert.

In a place like the beautiful Tropea, sadly full of super-turisic restaurants, we found this magic corner where we enjoyed the true, local and authentic cousine. Fresh fish combined with local ingredients, friendly service and very fair price… just the perfect combo! Super recommend!
