★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the food. We both had pastas that were amazing. This may be the best place in Tropea for people watching. On top of that a parade went by while we were eating, that was pretty epic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife had caprese for an appetizer and an entree each. Also split a half bottle of local white wine. The caprese was amazing very fresh great starter. The wine was light but still flavorful, a red would have paired better with our main dishes but they were out of red which is totally fine. The lasagna was good. My wife had the pasta fresca which had some spice but not too much, plenty of flavor very delicious. A nice touch was when another patron wanted to smoke the staff asked us if that was ok with us. I would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this restaurant for my cousin's wedding meal and each one of us, 11 people in total, was blown away by the beautifully presented and extremely tasty food, wonderfully attentive staff and very fair pricing (very surprising considering the location). We returned a week later and had another great evening. My god, their dark profiteroles and gnocchi with truffles and scampi were spellbinding.

Tagliolini with swordfish and aubergines were absolutely fabulous, fileja was good as well.
The antipasto calabrese was also pretty good, while I found the octopus a bit hard to chew.
Service was great, location is quite nice as it’s in the middle of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, I have a positive impression, and that is mainly due to the excellent service!
The food is very tasty as well.
On the "bad" side:
-It is a bit overpriced
-the floor needs renovation, as everytime a waiter walks by, the wooden floor "sinks" and you are moving on your chair
-we ordered the "eggplant meatballs", which were normal meatballs with a bit of eggplant which you don't taste at all. Not recommended this dish.
