Un posto dove i reparti in cui dovresti fare questi esami non sanno chi sei e ti scaricano da una parte all'altra solo per togliersi l'impaccio? Un posto in cui allo sportello del CUP (Centro unico prenotazioni) ti dicono che non hanno il tuo nome (dopo averti chiamato loro) e non sanno dirti quali esami devi fare? Ma soprattutto un posto in cui una persona in difficoltà, a prescindere da chi sia o cosa debba fare, non viene aiutata da nessuno? Suggerisco a Google di eliminare la dicitura "Ospedale" dalla definizione di questo posto. Parte del giuramento d'IPPOCRATE "regolerò il tenore di vita per il bene dei malati secondo le mie forze e il mio giudizio, mi asterrò dal recar danno e offesa". Io come cittadina bisognosa di cure, purtroppo, oltre a recarmi danno mi sento OFFESA! Spero veramente che Tutto questo possa cambiare e che i medici che occupano una poltrona siano più UMANI.... aggettivo purtroppo DIMENTICATO!
