Non posso dire lo stesso della Dott.sa Ciucci. Il suo comportamento è stato sgarbato, poco professionale , aggressivo. Spero che la Dottsa possa leggere questa recensione. Quando un paziente viene da lei evidentemente ha bisogno di un aiuto ed in quel momento è suo dovere aiutarlo. Non sapendo nulla della persona che ha di fronte, mi sembra molto azzardato comportarsi con tanta arroganza perché in quel momento lei è l'unica persona a cui il paziente si sta appoggiando. Con me è stata terribile e la sua maleducazione non l'ho mai trovata in nessuno prima. Questa è la prima recensione negativa che scrivo perché davvero, se la merita tutta! I would like to thank Igino Rossi who, together with another gentleman whose name I unfortunately do not know, was really very kind to me. I can't say the same about Dott.sa Ciucci. His behavior was rude, unprofessional, aggressive. I hope that Dottsa can read this review. When a patient comes to her he obviously needs help and at that moment it is his duty to help him. Not knowing anything about the person in front of him, it seems to me very risky to behave so arrogantly because at that moment she is the only person to whom the patient is leaning. With me it was terrible and I never found her rudeness in anyone before. This is the first negative review I write because it really deserves it all!

Mi sono assolutamente rivista con le esperienze di chi ha precedentemente recensito: dottoressa pressapichista, aggressiva e arrogante. Non riesco davvero a qualificare il suo comportamento con parole eleganti. Sono andata per un certificato medico ma per la diagnosi fatta rigorosamente "A OCCHIO" (mi è stata solo presa la temperatura all'orecchio dall'infermiera mentre tra l'altro stavo parlando e senza avvertire minimamente). Una situazione paradossale, mi sono sentita veramente umiliata, battutine da parte del medico mentre descrivevo la mia situazione, mi sembra davvero troppo. Tra l'altro sono stata liquidata con nemmeno un referto della visita, nulla. L'unico rammarico è non aver chiesto nome e cognome di cotanta "professionista". I absolutely reviewed myself with the experiences of those who have previously reviewed: a professional, aggressive and arrogant doctor. I really can't describe his behavior with elegant words. I went for a medical certificate but for the diagnosis made strictly "A OCCHIO" (I was only taking the temperature from the nurse's ear while among other things I was talking and without warning at all). A paradoxical situation, I felt really humiliated, jokes from the doctor while I was describing my situation, it seems to me really too much. Among other things, I was wound up with not even a report of the visit, nothing. The only regret is not having asked for the name and surname of such "professional".

Tanto tempo fa sono dovuta recarmi dai carabinieri per una dottoressa che se ricordassi il nome lo scriverei a caratteri cupidali per la sua ignoranza e la sua poca professionalità visto che mi ha visitato in piedi anche la pressione con la porta che si apriva e un tizio non so nemmeno chi era di certo non era un infermiere con caffè e cornetto in mano. Oggi si conclude l altra esperienza che con tutta la mia documentazione rilasciata dal ASL di competenza mi ha detto che ero in gran forma e potevo andare a lavora con evidenti segni di malessere. Per me posso anche chiuderlo questo presidio dottori inutili e presuntuosi davanti alle sofferenze delle persone... a	alessandra pandolfi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima per la seconda volta la prima avevo bisogno di una visita e certificato in un giorno festivo la dottoressa che trovo molto scostante e spicca mi dice nn posso fare niente se nn aspettare il mio medico curante che rientra a roma la seconda esperienza ancor più brutta porto mio figlio in tarda mattinata x una visita di sabato mattina aveva avuto una colica era un Po fiacco e Ha preso un giorno di malattia quindi chiediamo visita più certificato il medico di turno sulla 50 ina rasato e molto maleducato mi dice se nn ha la febbre nn faccio certificati xché nn sa che diagnosi mettere ...dico nn sono io il medico ma una Australia o colica e già una diagnosi e poi magari suo figlio nn voleva andare a lavorare stamattina e io rispondo chhe nn è quello il modo di interagire con pazienti e che stava mettendo in dubbio se la colica c'era stata o meno ed io ancora replico che se nn fosse stato sabato sarei andata sicuramente dal mio medico anziché da certe persone incompetenti ignoranti presuntuosi e che abusano di potere xché indossano un camice ..mio figlio era stato male veramente lui aveva rifiutato una visita e emissione di diagnosi ... lo sconsiglio vivamente ..abbiamo provveduto poi in un'altra guardia medica dove abbiamo trovato professionisti garbati e del mestiere. Mi hanno visitata gratuitamente e hanno prescritto un antibiotico che va assunto per bocca. Ok. L’ho preso per il tempo necessario, ma non ha portato al miglioramento. Mi sono andata altra volta. Il medico era già diverso, lo spiego tutto da capo, mi prescrive n.6 le punture con la prima(gratuita)fatta immediatamente da loro durante la visita. Prima di accettare la cura domando se è possibile per altri 5 punture venire sempre qui. Dicono SI. Ok. Torno e trovo di nuovo dottore diverso. Chiedo fare l’iniezione ( l’antibiotico sto portando io ovviamente ), mi la fanno ma sottolineando che mi stanno a fa un favore enorme e consigliano di recarsi ad un ambulatorio infermieristico. Ma come faccio se qua in via E.Morosini nessuno mi ha rilasciato una prescrizione medica per poter farla fuori sede? I am a non-EU tourist in Rome. I went to them for a fever and a sore throat. They examined me for free and prescribed an antibiotic to be taken by mouth. Ok. I took it for the time needed, but it did not lead to improvement. I went to another time. The doctor was already different, I explain it all over again, he prescribes 6 injections with the first (free) made immediately by them during the visit. Before accepting the treatment I ask if it is possible for another 5 injections to always come here. They say YES. Ok. I come back and find a different doctor again. I ask for the injection (the antibiotic I am carrying of course), they give it to me but emphasizing that they are doing me a huge favor and recommend that I go to a nursing clinic. But how can I do if here in via E. Morosini no one has issued me a medical prescription to be able to do it outside the office?
R	Richard Pinilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buen centro de salud un poco de morado un poco de tardanza porque había gente pero una buena atención para el turista la persona de la recepción no era muy simpática cuando te inscribes y das tus datos pero intentan comunicarse así que está muy bien la atención médica italiana en este sitio os lo recomiendo. Y la tensión es 24 horas de lunes a viernes. A good health center a little purple a little late because there were people but a good attention for the tourist the person at the reception was not very nice when you sign up and give your details but they try to communicate so medical care is very good Italian on this site I recommend it. And the tension is 24 hours from Monday to Friday.

NOT EXACTLY THE MAXIMUM OF EFFICIENCY ... LONG QUEUES AT THE CUP TO BOOK AND PAY ... STRUCTURE A LITTLE DATED AND CONFUSIONARY IN ITS LOGISTICS IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND THE DEPARTMENTS WHERE YOU MUST GO ... THE ONLY ADVANTAGE IS THE BEAUTIFUL CLOSER AT THE INDOOR.

Finally saw a doctor, a decent fellow who struggled with his English and no staff person to help translate for him. Went back at night because condition felt worse and was given inaccurate information about getting a test done from a doctor who was outright nasty to my wife and me. It may serve tourist who speak Italian, but not English.
