Dopo i primi giorni in cui mi veniva risposto che la proprietaria di casa non rispondeva alle chiamate dell’agenzia, cosa alla quale ho creduto in buona fede, anche il titolare stesso dell’agenzia non mi ha più risposto al telefono addirittura una volta attaccandomi il telefono mentre squillava. Se effettivamente la proprietaria di casa era sparita non era di certo colpa dell’agenzia ma si sono dimostrati privi di professionalità sparendo nel nulla e non dandomi più nessuna risposta. Tanto lei la casa da solo non la vende". Lavorando come consulente in polizia da tanti anni, penso che questo atteggiamento si possa ritenere intimidatorio oltre che assolutamente non professionale. Nel caso venisse contestato o ricevessi ulteriori telefonate, messaggi o intimidazioni, sarei felice di discuterne nella sede adeguata. Grazie ad un'evidente esperienza nel settore ha saputo superare alcuni ostacoli venutisi a creare con la parte venditrice e finalizzare ottimamente (almeno per noi che compravamo) la compravendita. L'assistenza e' continuata anche dopo il preliminare, sino al rogito. Su Roma dubito ci siano altre Agenzie all'altezza di questa.
