★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo pessima esperienza,a partire dal call center,per niente empatici,mal organizzati(appuntamenti presi a distanza di soli 10 minuti tra un paziente e l'altro),con attese anche di 1 ora.Medici puntualmente in ritardo.La dottoressa che mi ha visitato poco disponibile e superficiale,se fossi andata in una struttura ospedaliera mi avrebbero considerato diversamente.
 Unfortunately bad experience, starting from the call center, not at all empathic, poorly organized (appointments taken only 10 minutes apart between one patient and another), with waits of up to 1 hour. he visited not very helpful and superficial, if I had gone to a hospital they would have considered me differently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per fare una mammografia e visita senologica mi vedo costretta oggi, 23 dicembre 2021, ad aspettare per ben 45 minuti l'accettazione in una saletta angusta oppure in un cortiletto insieme ad una folla che aspetta per fare il tampone, tra cui persone dichiaratamente positive. Organizzazione vergognosa!!
To do a mammogram and breast examination, today, 23 December 2021, I am forced to wait for 45 minutes for acceptance in a cramped room or in a courtyard together with a crowd waiting to swab, including overtly positive people. Shameful organization !!

L'esito arriva molte ore dopo le 48 stabilite (facendomi perdere il volo)
La direzione si rifiuta di effettuare il rimborso del tampone e al sollecito per mail non si riceve risposta.

Molecular swab performed with outcome within 48h.
The outcome comes several hours after the established 48 (making me miss my flight)
The management refuses to refund the tampon and no reply is received to the reminder by e-mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nostra figlia positiva al rapido il 29 mattina effettuato in una farmacia del quartiere, corriamo alla usi per fare il molecolare tutti 4 componenti della famiglia, entro le ore 13h abbiamo fatto, ad oggi, a 53 ore dal tampone, non abbiamo ricevuto il referto di nostra figlia, proprio quello più urgente ed importante, ora la usi è chiusa, follia. invece gli altri 3 , negativi ricevuti dopo 30 ore ma ne manca uno! inutili i vari solleciti telefonici, avevamo segnalato che era positiva dal test rapido, non è ammissibili, se non riuscite a gestire il numero non vanno fatti, Abbiamo speso 60 euro a tampone per cosa? per non avere il risultato? per essere sospesi in attesa da 3 giorni? forse di piu? è stato perso? totalmente inaffidabili sui tempi dei risultati se dovete viaggiare o cercate conferma di un positivo come noi non andate li.
