Reparto Neonatologia, aggiungo anche omertosi, in quanto non mi è stato riferito nominativo/identificativo della persona che ha usato linguaggio e atteggiamento non rispettoso nei confronti di una mamma che allattava un bimbo di due giorni, per permettermi un reclamo mirato da indirizzare al Direttore Sanitario. Unkindness and filth reign supreme. To be avoided. Oggi due ore di ritardo , con un bambino con tante problematiche , in corsia di ospedale. Assurdo. Invalida al 100% con diabete, parcheggiata su una sedia a rotelle x 9 ore senza NESSUNA assistenza, che aveva difficoltà respiratorie e le hanno fatto fare anche la pipì addosso. VERGOGNATEVI! Bastava solo un pò di umanità, che ha avuto e lo ripeto, la signora dell'accettazione di turno alle ore 16 30 circa. Se non sanno nemmeno mettere un catetere in urologia, beh possono cambiare mestiere! L	Liliana Michela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata operata alla neurochirurgia dal Prof. D'Andrea Giancarlo professionista dal cuore d'oro. Ho avuto una recidiva per neurinoma VII e VIII nervo a cui sono stati recisi il nervo vestibolare ed uditivo nel 2014 e il tumore arrivava al ponte celebellare. Precedentemente operato sempre dal professore un intervento realizzato meravigliosamente e ad oggi ho una vita normale. Anche nella recidiva fino ad oggi ho avuto cura assistenza da lui e dal suo staff in questa struttura con persone che aiutano a vivere, ti curano, si interessano e ti aiutano passo passo spiegandoti e tenendoti per mano. Sono stata operata il 2 Dicembre e ho trovato un accoglienza meravigliosa. Un elogio oltre al Prof. lo rivolgo alla Dott. Maiola che collabora con D'Andrea e un grazie a tutti i medici del reparto di neurochirurgia e i dottori che ogni mattina si alternano e con un sorriso ti incoraggiano. Un grazie al Dott. Ciascu e assistente Silvia, che mi ha dato respiro con il pic. Grazie agli infermieri TUTTI bravissimi gentilissimi disponibili bravi preparati e dal grande cuore, grazie alle Oss del reparto di neurochirurgia come Luigina, Antonella, Novella e Roberta sempre pronte a coccolarci, ci hanno sempre lavata curata e scritto per me messaggi da mandare a parenti o amici. Sempre disponibili nei momenti anche più imbarazzanti eppure erano un treno di bontà e per chi sta male ha bisogno di un personale meraviglioso. In questo periodo di covid in modo amorevole si sono mostrati come una seconda famiglia per me. Vi ringrazio a tutti di cuore.
