C	Chiara Chironna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCANDALOSO. Sono arrivata in ambulanza con una sospetta frattura di 2 costole post trauma. Difficoltà a respirare. Mi hanno lasciato 2 ore e 1/2 senza essere visitata! Mi hanno mandato a casa perché mancava il radiologo dicendomi di ritornare il mattino seguente alle 8,30 che non avrei fatto coda. Ebbene sono 3 ore che attendo il mio turno seduta su di una sedia con tantissima gente in barba agli assembramenti. È arrivato un ragazzino che conosceva una dottoressa ed passato davanti a tutti! Qs è la Ns Sanità SCANDALOUS. I arrived by ambulance with a suspected post-trauma fracture of 2 ribs. Difficulty in breathing. They left me 2 1/2 hours without being visited! They sent me home because the radiologist was missing, telling me to come back the next morning at 8.30 so that I would not have queued. Well I have been waiting for my turn for 3 hours sitting on a chair with a lot of people in spite of the gatherings. A little boy who knew a doctor arrived and passed in front of everyone! S	Susanne D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ... 0 Sterne wären passender...ich bewerte hier nur die Notaufnahme, nicht das Krankenhaus selbst..Mitten in der Pandemie während des Urlaubs ereilte mich eine sehr schmerzhafte Blasenentzündung.. Mein Mann fuhr mich in der Nacht dorthin... Ausser mir war kein anderer Patient anwesend.. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten mehr als gelangweilt und waren geradezu unfreundlich. Die obligatorische Infusion ohne vorherige Desinfektion der Haut ist dort wohl State of the Art.. Das Schlimmste waren jedoch die hygienischen Zustände.. Total verdreckte Toiletten, keine (!!!) Seife und schon gar kein Desinfektionsmittel .. Corona Schnelltest Fehlanzeige.. Die Mitarbeiter trugen keine FFP2 - Masken,sondern lediglich medizinische Masken und die z. T. noch unter der Nase.. Nach der Infusion ging es mir soweit gut, dass ich fluchtartig das Haus verlassen konnte...Wie sind solche Zustände in einem Krankenhaus überhaupt möglich? In Deutschland würde man einen solchen Laden dicht machen... ... 0 stars would be more appropriate ... I am only rating the emergency room, not the hospital itself .. In the middle of the pandemic while on vacation, I suffered a very painful cystitis .. My husband drove me there during the night ... Except I had no other patient present. The staff seemed more than bored and were downright unfriendly. The obligatory infusion without prior disinfection of the skin is probably state of the art there .. The worst, however, was the hygienic conditions .. Totally dirty toilets, no (!!!) soap and certainly no disinfectant .. Corona quick test nil .. The Employees did not wear FFP2 masks, only medical masks and the z. Sometimes still under my nose .. After the infusion I felt so good that I was able to flee the house ... How are such conditions even possible in a hospital? Such a store would be shut down in Germany ...

Dopo ripetute volte che o provato( un'ora) finalmente mi risponde e dopo avermi ascoltato per 10 secondi mi a chiuso il telefono in faccia. Complimenti per l'educazione ...Vorrei dire al direttore dell'ospedale che certi posti devono essere dati a persone educate e professionali. Vergogna Vergogna Vergogna. Un cittadino a bisogno degli ospedali e dei servizi che offre, e proprio per questo c'è chi se ne approfitta e aspetta solo la mesata. In particolare la giovane dottoressa che si è occupata della prima visita è indirizzato agli accertamenti radiologici. Attenzione, efficienza e organizzazione mi sono sembrate proprio discrete! Grazie I thank the emergency room staff of the Massa Marittima hospital, who followed me with patience and professionalism on Saturday 12 March. In particular, the young doctor who took care of the first visit is directed to radiological assessments. Attention, efficiency and organization seemed to me to be really discreet! Thank you
