Che vergogna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato con mio padre che aveva dolori addominali, all'entrata dal citofono la voce ci chiede qual'é il problema, non finiamo nemmeno di spiegare che ci chiedono se siamo residenti, non essendo, rispondo negativamente.
Dal citofono sento: allora nulla per voi c'é solo la guardia medica.
Un cosa vergognosa, i turisti possono star male, e chi se ne frega.
Consiglio ai turisti di sentirsi male a casa loro che a Follonica non sanno prendersi cura di voi, e a quanto pare nemmeno vogliono.
Per fortuna la cosa si é risolta andando ad un pronto soccorso di Firenze dove turista, residente, o fuori sede, vieni curato e non lasciato chiuso fuori.
Sospetto comunque che non sia legale che ti rifiutino l'ingresso al pronto soccorso pubblico.
Una cosa vergognosa.

From the intercom I hear: then there is nothing for you only the medical guard.
A shameful thing, tourists can get sick, and who cares.
I advise tourists to feel bad at home because in Follonica they don't know how to take care of you, and apparently they don't even want to.
Fortunately, this was resolved by going to an emergency room in Florence where tourists, residents, or off-site, are treated and not left locked out.
However, I suspect that it is not legal for you to be refused entry to the public emergency room.
A shameful thing.
