★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Invece di chiedermi se sono consapevole dei possibili effetti collaterali del vaccino e farmi firmare il foglio del consenso informato, l'operatore addetto perde tempo con domande come "da dove vengono i tuoi genitori?" e ancora "sei terrona?" mentre gli altri utenti attendono in coda. Gli rispondo che è un gran maleducato, sta violando la mia privacy e ha un atteggiamento discriminatorio. Ride come se avesse fatto una battuta divertente. Subisco e mi faccio vaccinare perchè non è questo il momento di attaccarsi a questioni del genere. In altro momento un caso del genere sarebbe da denuncia.
Instead of asking me if I am aware of the possible side effects of the vaccine and having me sign the informed consent sheet, the attendant wastes time with questions like "where are your parents from?" and again "are you terrona?" while other users wait in the queue. I tell him that he is very rude, he is violating my privacy and has a discriminatory attitude. He laughs like he's made a funny joke. I suffer and I get vaccinated because this is not the time to get attached to such issues. At another time, such a case would be a complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In periodo di covid son stato a fare il vaccino, la gestione del posto e delle persone mi sembra ottimale, areato bene e ben gestito, i medici sono disponibili a spiegarti tutto il necessario per poter fare il vaccino in sicurezza rispetto alle tue patologie.
Andate con tranquillità e fiducia nel personale che è ampiamente competente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eseguita mammografia in questa struttura...esperienza assolutamente sgradevole a causa di una radiologa donna (di mezza età con capelli corti e grigi) frustrata e per niente accomodante, nonché priva di tatto di fronte ad una visita che crea già ansia di per sé. Vorrei ricordare a questa persona che e' pagata anche col mio stipendio e fa un lavoro in cui la PAZIENZA e il TATTO vengono prima della sua competenza tecnica.
Mammography performed in this facility ... absolutely unpleasant experience due to a frustrated and not at all accommodating female radiologist (middle-aged with short gray hair), as well as tactless in the face of a visit that already creates anxiety in itself. I would like to remind this person that he is also paid with my salary and does a job in which PATIENCE and TACT come before his technical competence.
