E tra l'altro viste le lamentele non capisco perché nessuno prenda provvedimenti Totally inefficient at the cup. Rude, rude, slow and clueless. T	Tiziana Maritano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che fortuna che avete trovato le impiegate sgarbate!!!! Pensate invece che stamattina il cup era chiuso perché non si è presentato nessuno al lavoro!!!!!! Tutti a casa!!!! Dubbio: ma questo non è interruzione di pubblico servizio?….. ah ma forse nello statale, chi se ne frega!!!! Siamo proprio messi bene….. mi hanno fatto tenerezza tutte quelle persone in coda che se ne siano dovute tornare a casa….. How lucky you found the rude employees !!!! Think instead that this morning the cup was closed because no one showed up at work !!!!!! Everybody at home!!!! Doubt: but this is not an interruption of public service? ... .. ah but maybe in the state, who cares !!!! We are really in good shape… .. all those people in the queue who had to go home made me tenderness… ..
T	Tadiana Delia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi farebbe piacere capire perché le segretarie del CUP sono cosi poco garbate con il pubblico , mai un sorriso, una frase gentile ,per niente professionali, ma perché? Ma che problemi hanno? Ho messo una stella e non meritano altro , spero che la Direzione prenda dei provvedimenti in merito, magari un corso di buone maniere tanto per incominciare I'd like to understand why the CUP secretaries are so unkind to the public, never a smile, a kind phrase , not at all professional, but why? But what problems do they have? I put a star and they deserve nothing else, I hope that the Management will take some action on this, maybe a course of good manners just to start

I was with my daughter for the first few doses !! Without an appointment, kind and very meticulous doctor !! Lovely nursing staff!

V	Veronica Siracusa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno schifo. Devo fare la terza dose venerdì 21/1, ma sono un soggetto allergico. Nelle dosi precedenti venivo rimbalzata all’altra per poi finire ad effettuare le vaccinazioni in ospedale. Prima di correre nuovamente a vuoto, sarebbe gentile avere una risposta al telefono, invece di sentirmi dire “Non ci interessa.” come se chiamassi per un call center. In questa situazione di emergenza sanitaria posso capire lo stress e la pressione, ma non la maleducazione. It sucks. I have to take the third dose on Friday 1/21, but I am allergic. In the previous doses I was rebounded to the other and then ended up having vaccinations in the hospital. Before we run out of steam again, it would be nice to have an answer on the phone, instead of being told "We don't care." as if you were calling for a call center. In this health emergency I can understand the stress and pressure, but not the rudeness.
t	tomas lissandro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li cup... Bhe lavorano svogliati e senza impegno minimo. Per prenotare al telefono non ti rispondono mai. Di persona sono lenti e imprecisi. Il punto di primo soccorso se arrivi con dolori dovuti ad un infortunio ti visitano superficialmente e al massimo ti fanno un antidolorifico senza esami o visita accurata. Per le vaccinazioni invece molto puntuali, precisi e ben organizzati e gentili. Li cup ... Well, they work listlessly and without minimum commitment. They never answer you to book on the phone. In person they are slow and inaccurate. The first aid point if you arrive with pain due to an injury they visit you superficially and at the most they make you a painkiller without examinations or a thorough examination. For vaccinations, on the other hand, they are very punctual, precise and well organized and kind.
