Sono le 15.04 e continuo a provare...ma inutilmente!!!!!!
Non credo sia colpa del "Covid"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 22 febbraio ho chiamato nel pomeriggio per avere informazioni riguardo le iniezioni (dato che non ne ho mai fatte), mi rispondono dicendo che devo trovare qualcuno che le faccia. Faccio presente all'operatrice che mi sono fatta fare apposta il foglio dal medico per l'Asl; la signora risponde dicendo di chiamare il giorno dopo di mattina, che ci sarebbe stato qualcuno che avrebbe saputo rispondere alla mia domanda. Inutile dire che il giorno dopo ho richiamato e dopo avermi girato la chiamata ad un altro operatore (dove ovviamente non ha risposto nessuno), mi hanno attaccato dopo vari minuti di attesa. Come al solito servizio pessimo, andrò da un'altra parte.
On February 22nd I called in the afternoon to get information about the injections (since I've never had any), they answer me saying that I need to find someone to do them. I point out to the operator that I had the sheet made on purpose by the doctor for the ASL; the lady replies by saying to call the next day in the morning, that there would be someone who would be able to answer my question. Needless to say, the next day I called back and after having given me the call to another operator (where obviously no one answered), they attacked me after several minutes of waiting. As usual bad service, I will go somewhere else.

Bad vaccination service ... ..yesterday for third dose 3 hours late from booking .... badly organized!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovare informazioni sulle prenotazioni è sempre una caccia al tesoro, occorre andare di persona data la mancanza di informazioni online. Sembra quasi si nascondano... Posto qui l’orario e telefoni, spero possa servire a qualcuno così da evitare gite inutili.
Finding information on reservations is always a treasure hunt, you have to go in person given the lack of information online. It almost seems like they are hiding ... Placing the timetable and telephones here, I hope it can be of use to someone so as to avoid unnecessary trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una settimana che provo a contettarli telefonicamente senza avere risposta dopo più di mezz'ora di attesa, su 62 chiamate speravo che almeno 1 andasse a buon fine!
I have been trying to contact them by phone for a week without receiving an answer after more than half an hour of waiting, out of 62 calls I hoped that at least 1 would be successful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono giorni che provo invano di mettermi in contattato con il numero per le emergenze covid…la chiamata viene chiusa. Mi domando a che genere di emergenza credono di poter far fronte!??scandalosi…forse quando l’oms dichiarerà la fine dell’emergenza il telefono sarà nuovamente attivo.
VERAMENTE AMAREGGIATA E DELUSA!
I've been trying in vain for days to get in touch with the covid emergency number… the call is closed. I wonder what kind of emergency they think they can cope with! ?? scandalous ... maybe when the WHO declares the end of the emergency, the phone will be active again.
REALLY BITTER AND DISAPPOINTED!
