s	simona bollea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso raccontare la mia esperienza nei particolari perché scriverei un romanzo. Per un problema certamente particolare, ma di cui il sig. Bertero si è assunto la responsabilità (poteva tranquillamente dire che non era in grado), stiamo vivendo un incubo con la nostra auto. Da quando ci ha messo mano, non fa che entrare e uscire dall'officina, ci ha lasciato in mezzo alla strada e, dopo vari interventi (e relativi oneri finanziari!!!!)siamo punto a capo. Presi dallo sconforto oggi abbiamo portato l'autovettura altrove ma saremo costretti a pagare di nuovo per un lavoro già fatto, ma fatto male. Meno male che era il meccanico cui ci eravamo rivolti altre volte per piccoli problemi. Non mi aspettavo una tale mancanza di professionalità e rispetto per il cliente. Tutti dobbiamo cercare di guadagnare e far quadrare i conti, ma io mi aspetto da una persona onesta anche l'umiltà di ammettere di non saper fare un lavoro, piuttosto che farlo così. Molto delusa....non ho altre parole..... I can't tell my experience in detail because I would write a novel. For a certainly particular problem, but of which Mr. Bertero took responsibility (he could safely say he was unable), we are experiencing a nightmare with our car. Since he started working, he only goes in and out of the workshop, he has left us in the middle of the road and, after various interventions (and related financial charges !!!!), we are head to head. Taken from despair today we took the car elsewhere but we will be forced to pay again for a job already done, but done badly. Luckily it was the mechanic we had turned to for minor problems. I did not expect such a lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. We all have to try to make money and make ends meet, but I also expect the humility of an honest person to admit that they don't know how to do a job, rather than doing it this way. Very disappointed .... I have no other words .....
R	Roberta Chitarrini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il signor Bertero è una persona molto cortese e sicuramente onesta e capace, ma non vi consiglio di affidargli lavori alla vostra macchina quando sta per andare in ferie. Infatti può capitare che gli portiate una Panda (macchina stranissima e indecifrabile a quanto pare) perfettamente funzionante, per fare controlli e manutenzione di routine prima di mettervi in viaggio, e ve la restituisca con un problema al motore, (che da quando lui ci ha messo le mani sopra per fare, peraltro, tutt'altro, non è più in grado di funzionare con l'alimentazione gpl), salvo dirvi che sta per andare in ferie e ve la riparerà a settembre. Intanto voi potete viaggiare all'estero a benzina, ignorando la spia motore accesa. E poi, del resto, il problema al motore non l'ha causato lui: è una coincidenza. Mr. Bertero is a very courteous and certainly honest and capable person, but I do not recommend that you entrust him with work on your car when he is about to go on vacation. In fact, it may happen that you bring him a Panda (strange and indecipherable machine apparently) perfectly functional, to do routine checks and maintenance before setting off, and he returns it to you with an engine problem, (which since he has put his hands on it to do, however, quite the opposite, it is no longer able to work with LPG power), except to tell you that he is about to go on vacation and will fix it for you in September. In the meantime, you can travel abroad on petrol, ignoring the engine light on. Besides, he didn't cause the engine problem: it's a coincidence.

I costi non sono bassi per il semplice fatto che cercano sempre di montare i pezzi migliori ed originali. Io sono anni che vado e non ho mai avuto modo di lamentarmi per fortuna. Experts in their work and honest. They always keep everything changed and not all of them do. The costs are not low for the simple fact that they always try to assemble the best and original parts. I've been going for years and have never had a chance to complain, luckily.
