La mia esperienza personale era iniziata con un disguido nella consegna del materiale ordinato e con delle imperfezioni nella merce ricevuta che mi aveva demoralizzato ma riconosco che il loro Customer care mi ha seguita assiduamente per risolvere il problema e devo dire che lo hanno fatto nel migliore dei modi. Ottima accoglienza al front desk che ha capito subito le mie esigenze indirizzandomi da un venditore molto cortese e competente. Materiale vasto e veramente bello. Aggiornamento: Pagata fattura come richiesto già una settimana fa ma non si è fatto sentir nessun per fissare un appuntamento per il sopralluogo, malgrado i solleciti. Un qualsiasi sito on-line avrebbe fornito un servizio migliore. Vediamo quante settimane serviranno per sentire o vedere qualcuno. M	Martina Di Berto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termosifone ordinato con misure sbagliate, l abbiamo riordinato a nostre spese consegnato dopo 2 mesi di attesa Wc montato con ceramica fallata alla segnalazione ci hanno detto che non lo avrebbero sostituto perché per loro non era un loro problema e ce lo siamo tenuto così Oggi dopo 1 mese dall' utilizzo dei prodotti si stacca di netto il doccino del bagno nel cuore della notte rischiando di rompere anche il vetro della walkin. Spesa effettuata da loro più di 10 000 euro tra bagno completo termosifoni e tutta la pavimentazione di casa MAI PIÙ!!!!
