O	Omar Pischedda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso appuntamento alle 8:45 mi sono recato in accettazione dalla Signora Roberta Vagnarelli, arrivato in anticipo mi ha preso subito in carico la vettura, ho fatto notare che a parer mio c'erano dei malfunzionamenti alla vettura e ci siamo concordati sul ritiro del mezzo in un determinato orario, con la premessa che se la vettura fosse pronta prima mi avrebbe contattato. Mi ha chiamato alle ore 12:25 comunicandomi che il mezzo era pronto ed era possibile il ritiro, nel mentre arriva un SMS con un link di un VIDEO dove il meccanico che aveva preso in carico la mia vettura mi fa vedere che nella segnalazione che avevo fatto era tutto in ordine senza nessuna anomalia. Vado a ritirare il mezzo senza fare nessuna fila, la Signora Roberta aveva già la scheda della mia vettura con l'importo da pagare. Complimenti per la gentilezza educazione efficienti nel loro lavoro e CHIARI. L'accoglienza per la consegna dell'auto, così come per il ritiro, è stata ottima; ho parlato con la signorina Roberta che mi ha spiegato nel dettaglio i controlli previsti, chiedendo anche le mie impressioni sull'auto e se avevo rilevato eventuali malfunzionamenti, in modo che potessero essere controllati in assistenza. Provenivo da una precedente pessima esperienza con un loro concorrente, per cui il mio approccio è stato da subito prudente. La consegna è stata su appuntamento, puntuali, veloci, ma esaurienti. Tutto il personale con cui mi sono interfacciata è stato di una squisita cortesia.
