This is a new Happycamp site situated on Real Village sports complex site. It is very convenient for visiting Rome, and all the historic places there. It is only a short walk away from the bus and train station to the centre of the city which makes it an ideal place to stop over for a couple of days. If you stay here you also get to use the sport complex facilities which is nice and has a cafe/restaurant which do lovely pizza! The only drawback is that it is very close to the main road so is quite noisy at times.

I had the chance to be in this place for a weekend stay, and found much more than what was advertised for: This is a Sporting Center with Bungalow Service, with a really exceptional, especially for people involved in sports like me: included in the bungalow price you can use the LARGE gym, the indoor 20m pool AND outdoor 25m pool at no additional charge! A perfect spot for the passing-by-Triathlete :)

Absolutely awful disgusting place. Everything is dirty, the walls of our bungalow were about an inch thick leading to condensation in the morning and making all of our clothes wet. The air conditioning didn't even work properly so that was pointless. The plug sockets aren't proper ones and my adapter doesn't fit it. No WiFi in the rooms and the phone service is terrible. When we arrived at 3am to check in, the man told us breakfast was included in the price-- spoiler alert-- it wasn't. Staff are quite rude, it Is a about 45-1hour to get properly into Rome so it's really not ideal. The pool looks nice on the pictures but it looked grimy to me, I passed up. I Would avoid this place like the plague and I certainly wouldn't book here ever again.

Location is very far from the city center. There is a train station, but the road to it is on the driveway. In the end of the stay all visitors must clean up the house. Pool, gym and all other entertainments are free of charge. Overall experience is good.

We had a very pleasant stay! Staff gave us a warm welcome and were keen on helping. Reception is open 24/7. The only inconvenience was the same breakfast every day, but if you stay only for couple of, you shouldn't bother. Rooms got efficient air conditioner. Object is visited by many local people doing sports. There is a large gym, sauna and swimming pool that we could use without a charge.

Fantastic bungalows suitable for any type of traveller. We stayed one night because it was close to the airport and did not regret it! It was lovely having access to an outdoor pool and the bungalow was clean and simple but connected with TV, fridge etc! If I went back to Rome, I'd happily go back to Real Village Roma as its only a few stops away from city centre, and only €1 fare. The staff were pleasant and extremely informative, cannot ask for better service!

Nice and lovely bungalows beside the downtown of Roma. We found a very nice offer in the internet and enjoyed our time there... The bungalows were affordable and clean. The parking place were free and secured by guards at night. The staff was very friendly and kind. We had no conversation problems and even when we arrived at night there was someone who pass us our keys. Unfortunately we didn't had the time to try the leisure facilities like wellness or pool.

The location is quite far from the city centre, suitable for people with car (free parking). The staffs were friendly and nice. They also have some facilities that can be used, unfortunately we couldn’t use it because we were too tired and have a tight trip schedule. Other things: the bungalow is quite small it was difficult for me and my husband to open our luggage, no trash can, and unfortunately one of the lamps in pur room was broken (we were too tired and lazy to ask the staff to change the lamp). Overall okay experience, suitable for both long and short stay.
