★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbastanza fornito ma caro, ha pochissimi prezzi esposti .... in compenso la scortesia in questo magazzino abbonda, l'esatta antitesi del commercio.
Per fortuna che esistono oggi le grandi catene di bricolage dove trovi cortesia e competenza a prezzi senz'altro più competitivi.
Quite well stocked but expensive, it has very few prices displayed .... on the other hand the rudeness in this warehouse abounds, the exact antithesis of commerce.
Fortunately, today there are large DIY chains where you can find courtesy and competence at undoubtedly more competitive prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condivido come altri sull estrema scortesia del personale. Sono entrato per informazioni e preventivi una tavola è una libreria ma dopo 20 minuti cin una signora che non è riuscita a darmi alcuna informazione mi ha dirottato sul credo titolare la cui scortesia è stata memorabile.
Sconsiglio e consiglio a loro di rivedere le modalità di relazionarsi con la clientela.
Like others, I share the extreme unkindness of the staff. I entered for information and estimates a table is a bookstore but after 20 minutes a lady who failed to give me any information hijacked me on the titular creed whose unkindness was memorable.
I do not recommend and advise them to review the methods of relating to customers.

sono le caratteristiche che contraddistinguono questo negozio. Mi sono rivolto a loro inizialmente per una tavola in legno massello da mettere al bagno e mi hanno trovato la miglior soluzione in termini di qualità ad un prezzo giustissimo e nettamente inferiore a quanto proposto da chiunque altro. Dopo 2 anni la tavola non ha un segno di cedimento o usura!
Recentemente mi hanno realizzato un mobile da inserire nella mia cucina fatta a mano da una ditta. Solo per questo mobile mi era stata chiesta una cifra esorbitante. Loro mi hanno realizzato il mobile perfettamente identico a come lo avevo richiesto a meno di un terzo del costo.
Non ho mai riscontrato scortesia o poca attenzione, ma sempre attenzione e soluzioni diverse a tutte le mie richieste! e normalmente sono molto pignolo...

PROFESSIONALISM and QUALITY
are the characteristics that distinguish this shop. I initially turned to them for a solid wood table to put in the bathroom and they found me the best solution in terms of quality at a very fair price and much lower than what anyone else offers. After 2 years, the board has no signs of sagging or wear!
Recently they made me a piece of furniture to be inserted in my kitchen made by hand by a company. For this piece of furniture alone I was asked an exorbitant sum. They made me the piece of furniture perfectly identical to what I requested for less than a third of the cost.
I have never encountered rudeness or little attention, but always attention and different solutions to all my requests! and I'm usually very picky ...

Ci siamo rivolti a loro su consiglio della ditta che ha montato i pavimenti a casa, per un listello di rifinitura del pavimento. Hanno realizzato una soluzione perfettamente su misura, di grande precisione, non solo funzionale ma anche esteticamente apprezzabile.
Necessitavo inoltre di un aiuto per tagliare un ripiano della cucina acquistata che il venditore stesso non era stato disponibile a sistemare. Ho provato a domandare aiuto sempre a loro, avevamo chiesto ad altre falegnamerie ma nessuno era stato disposto a perderci tempo visto che il materiale era troppo alto per essere tagliato dai macchinari standard.
I gestori si sono gentilmente documentati e ci hanno dato una grande mano risolvendo il problema.
Abbiamo infine trovato i prezzi assolutamente onesti.
P.s. È davvero piacevole trovare in una città come Roma un esercizio dedicato alla lavorazione del legno sito in un contesto naturale dove si può ascoltare senza alcuna difficoltà il cinguettio degli uccellini.

We approached them on the advice of the company that mounted the floors at home, for a floor trim strip. They have created a perfectly tailored solution, of great precision, not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.
I also needed help cutting out a purchased kitchen counter that the vendor himself hadn't been willing to fix. I always tried to ask them for help, we had asked other carpenters but no one was willing to waste time as the material was too high to be cut by standard machinery.
The managers kindly documented themselves and gave us a great hand in solving the problem.
We finally found the prices absolutely fair.
P.s. It is really nice to find in a city like Rome an exercise dedicated to woodworking located in a natural context where you can hear the chirping of birds without any difficulty.
