Entrare in questo negozio ed incontrare la sign.ra Giada è stata per noi la soluzione ideale, in un mix perfetto di accoglienza, disponibilità, assoluta professionalità e immenso gusto associati anche alla capacità di gestire le nostre esigenze nel modo migliore. Insomma lei è stata la nostra soluzione, venendoci incontro con pazienza infinita ad ogni nostra richiesta e necessità, trovando poi la soluzione perfetta in quanto compromesso di gusto, validità del prodotto ed esigenze economiche. Entrato solamente per vedere un articolo, ho ricevuto uno stentato saluto da uno dei due operatori al momento parzialmente impegnato. Dopo 10 minuti di attesa in piedi mi hanno chiesto se avevo un appuntamento! Alla replica che non sapevo fosse necessario, con supponenza, mi hanno replicato: " Di solito è così!" .. ergo la minima educazione non è dovuta verso chi forse lì dentro vorrebbe comprare qualcosa!. Bastava una mini informazione, ma di certo la cercherò altrove. Sembra che chi lavori per grandi marchi debba vestire una arroganza e non considerazione del cliente incomprensibili. Strano poi che vivano di quei clienti, che in un negozio del genere di certo non spendono poco! Ma forse possono permettersi di perdere potenziali acquirenti, beati loro! P.S. vista la replica, sottolineo che: 1. avevo telefonato senza ricevere tale 'informazione 2. l'educazione prescinde dal contesto. Se vedi una persona davanti a te in piedi ferma da 10' almeno una parola la potrai dire?
