Inoltre hanno pure sbagliato le misure di una porta a scomparsa.
Unreliable and incompetent. I gave an advance in April for 2 walk-in closets and I managed to get out of it only yesterday after 6 months!

Hanno ascoltato le nostre esigenze e ci hanno consigliato al meglio nella scelta di alcuni dettagli di due librerie, che poi si sono rivelati perfettamente armonizzati con il resto dell’arredamento. Rispettati i tempi di consegna e puntualissimi i trasportatori nel giorno pattuito.

The people who work in this showroom are an example of professionalism, customer care and friendliness. They listened to our needs and advised us in the best possible way in choosing some details of two bookcases, which then turned out to be perfectly harmonized with the rest of the furniture. Delivery times are respected and the carriers are punctual on the agreed day.
Much more than satisfied.

Siamo stati 3 volte in negozio e tutte le volte siamo stati trattati con cortesia e professionalità e ci hanno dedicato tutto il tempo necessario per mostrarci soluzioni, alternative e darci suggerimenti. Abbiamo apprezzato di non aver avuto pressioni per farci decidere rapidamente. Alla terza visita abbiamo ordinato un divano e una lampada. Aggiornerò il commento dopo la consegna dei prodotti. Per ora soddisfattissima del trattamento ricevuto. I prezzi sono coerenti con il livello medio - alto delle marche che trattano.

We were looking for a sofa. We have been in the shop 3 times and each time we have been treated with courtesy and professionalism and they have dedicated all the time necessary to show us solutions, alternatives and give us suggestions. We appreciated that we were not pressured into making decisions quickly. On the third visit we ordered a sofa and a lamp. I will update the comment after the products are delivered. For now, very satisfied with the treatment received. The prices are consistent with the medium - high level of the brands they deal with.
