Avremmo voluto mangiare un panino in 10 minuti e invece una volta fuori abbiamo dovuto aspettare 20 minuti la navetta, l'autista non ti carica e scarica nemmeno le valigie. Prima ed ultima volta ci sono altri parcheggi allo stesso prezzo con navette ogni 5 minuti. Non ve lo consiglio. Il trasferimento verso l'areoporto dura 10 minuti circa. Quando si rientra la navetta è puntuale all'uscita dalla zona arrivi. Parabrezza lavato (incluso nel prezzo) e auto pronta per partire. Appena arrivati l'auto è stata presa in carico dalla signora responsabile che ad ogni auto assegna il numero e chiede a chi la lascia di consegnarle il voucher della prenotazione avvenuta online( con già i dati dell'auto, i giorni di parcheggio ecc..).verifica col conducente dell'auto dei km effettuati al momento della consegna, delle ammaccature dell'auto già presenti al momento della consegna.Il tutto sotto gli occhi del cliente.Si paga al momento della consegna senza sorprese( ogni voce dei costi viene scritta e motivata sul voucher di prenotazione). viene rilasciata la ricevuta fiscale. Eseguite tutte queste operazioni ci ha accompagnato senza attese all'aeroporto lasciandoci proprio all'ingresso e spiegando chiaramente( lascia un biglietto) il numero da chiamare per farsi venire a riprendere al ritorno. Appena rientrati dal viaggio l'abbiamo contattata subito e tempo 5 minuti nemmeno ci è venuta a riprendere.Arrivati al parcheggio la nostra macchina era già pronta davanti al cancello per fare ritorno a casa. Una persona competente anche alla guida che ci ha fatto sentire sicuri e in buone mani. La signora è stata molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta di informazioni. Al check-in compilano in maniera dettagliata un report sullo stato della vettura e sul chilometraggio, con un completo walk around fatto insieme al cliente. La navetta è subito disponibile per portarti in aeroporto (circa 4 min). Al rientro verificano lo stato del volo e si fanno trovare già pronti agli arrivi ad attenderti, telefonando per assicursi di essere trovati rapidamente all'uscita. Personale molto cordiale ed efficiente. Macchina al rientro perfetta senza nemmeno un km aggiuntivo. Lo consigliamo vivamente perché a nostro avviso un gradino sopra tutti gli altri park low cost provati fino ad oggi (prezzo molto competitivo e viaggio fatto in agosto dove il traffico è sempre tanto e quindi il servizio in genere un po più scadente) Really great service. Dopo la bellissima esperienza di due anni fa con Okparking, decidiamo di prenotare da loro anche quest'anno, scoprendo ahimè solo dopo l'effettiva conferma, la loro fusione con BluParcheggio. All'andata nulla da segnalare, anche se si poteva già notare che i clienti non venivamo trattati con la stessa cordialità e gentilezza di una volta. Il problema è stato il ritorno: arrivati al punto da loro segnalato troviamo già la navetta che purtroppo è piena. Senza problemi diciamo di aspettare la prossima non pensando di rimanere in aeroporto per altri 40 minuti. Arriva un'altra navetta, ma si ferma qualche metro più avanti e viene presa d'assalto da altra gente arrivata dopo di noi. Aspettiamo ancora, ne arriva un'altra e inizia la lotta per salire: l'autista non sapeva più cosa fare, dopo 10 minuti di trattative e litigi riusciamo a salire e a partire. Disorganizzazione totale. Purtroppo e' stata venduta ed e' diventata Orio Park, peccato che sfruttano ancora il nome di Orio Parking . State alla largaaa. Sono arrivata in aeroporto li ho chiamati e mi hanno detto che sarebbero arrivati subito, ci avviamo verso la farmacia il punto d incontro da loro indicato verbalmente e sullo scontrino. Dopo venti minuti al freddo ci chiama una tipa scortesissima dicendo di attraversare il sottopasso che ci aspettava li. Io gli ho ribadito che il punto d incontro da loro indicato era la farmacia. Dopo altri 30 minuti non si vedeva nessuno , richiamati e ci hanno attaccato il telefono in faccia . Sono arrivati dopo un ora. Arrivano con una macchina a noleggio non sapevano manco come poter pagare. Datemi retta statene alla larga . Non e' più lo stesso servizio di Orio Parking.
