★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst parking avere. I use to travel a lot and, for the first time in my life, I booked the indoor parking, payed for that and they parked my brand new car outdoor.
When I got back they were claiming to be right and that was my fault because I didn't checked (what??). Any offer for a refund, car wash nor a discount voucher for the next parking were made.
Not recommend!!

Easy to book online, pay at the arrival, located in an area easy to reach arriving from the highway and close enough to the terminal. Shuttle to and from the terminal is frequent and arrives quickly after call. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited 1hr to get picked up at the airport of Bergamo.
Our car has been washed without having requested it and some minor scratch from the brushes has been done to the paint.
They have 5 taxi vans and only 2 drivers, so only 2 vans go back and forth to from the airport, even when there’s a lot of people waiting.
Exhausted I decided to take the van by myself and let my family at the airport, to get the car and go pick them up by myself.
The driver allowed 10 people to travel in his 8 seater van, many seat had no functioning seatbelt, 2 children were traveling on their father’s lap.
GUARDIA DI FINANZA if you are reading, you should pay a visit here and fix things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think twice before you park there - we never again!! Leaving car at Orio Parking and shuttle to airport was no problem, but the problems were when we came back. We were waiting more then 30 min that to be finaly picked up and then afther checking km (we took photo before we left) we found out that they drowe it and made 40km and emtied our tank.
