Raggiunto il rendez vous concordato per ritornare al parcheggio abbiamo trovato persone che aspettavano la navetta da trenta minuti al freddo in piena notte,giunti al parking la struttura era completamente incustodita. Dopo il primo istinto di rabbia (chiavi della autovetture a vista) ci siamo resi conto dell'impegno dell'unico operatore MADI che con volonta'e cortesia, ha cercato di gestire la situazione al meglio nonostante fosse abbandonato a se stesso a gestire tutto.COMPLIMENTI A MADI Following a travel mishap, we were forced to collect the car a few hours after leaving it in storage. Reached the rendezvous agreed to return to the parking lot we found people waiting for the shuttle for thirty minutes in the cold in the middle of the night, when we reached the parking the structure was completely unattended. After the first instinct of anger (keys of the cars on sight) we realized the commitment of the only MADI operator who with will and courtesy, tried to manage the situation in the best possible way despite being left to himself to manage everything. N	Natascia Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo arrivati alle 5 di venerdì con l'aereo alle 7. Aggiungo solo che alle 5.50 dovevamo salire sulla navetta. Noi con due bambini di 2 anni ad aspettare ...... E oggi al check out hanno avuto pure il coraggio di chiederci altri 7 euro di supplemento per aver chiesto di accompagnarci e prenderci al terminal. L'abbiamo pagate ma..... MAI PIÙ ! We arrived at 5 on Friday with the plane at 7. I only add that at 5.50 we had to get on the shuttle. We with two 2-year-old children waiting ...... And today at check out they had the courage to ask us for another 7 euro supplement for having asked to accompany us and pick us up at the terminal. We paid for it but ..... NEVER AGAIN!

Ero stanco di pagare cifre da capogiro ogni volta che lasciavo la macchina per qualche giorno e quindi , invece di rivolgermi a una delle compagnie più famose nell'ambito parcheggio, mi sono rivolto a parking stop in quanto risultava tra le scelte più economiche facendo una ricerca sul web. Fin da subito mi sono trovato benissimo sia a livello di servizio , inteso come puntualità e velocità nello spostamento con la navetta, sia per quanto riguarda la disponibilità e la gentilezza degli operatori coinvolti . Ci torno praticamente ogni volta che devo prendere un volo da Orio e di solito sono 3/4 volte al mese quindi lo consiglio a tutti vivamente! I was tired of paying staggering amounts every time I left the car for a few days and therefore, instead of contacting one of the most famous companies in the parking area, I turned to parking stop as it was among the cheapest choices by doing a search on the Web. Right from the start I felt very comfortable both in terms of service, understood as punctuality and speed in moving with the shuttle, and in terms of the availability and kindness of the operators involved. I go back practically every time I have to take a flight from Orio and usually it is 3/4 times a month so I highly recommend it to everyone!

P	Paolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and fair service. For very small babies they dont provide a proper chair,but the distance to the airport is very very short and they drive very carefully. I would surely suggest it to other peolpe.

You have the option that they leave you at about 400m from airport and then you can use the walking path to the airport (this is the cheapest option) or you can choose that they can drop you off directly at the airport. I was really satisfied with the service.
