V	Verena Romani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait 25 min for Shuttle which parked in the parking lot (not as said at tje Farmacia sign) by the time I reached it with my 5 year old child it was full. Driver left me in the cold for another 20 min!
P	Petr Křovina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, paid 12 more euros in total than when booked. Whatmore, no one even discusses with you. My car’s front left light is in a different position now, have no clue what must have been happening in there. Anyway it is quite close to the airport by walk and the shuttles go quite often though they are actually for an extra cost which you cannot choose whether not to pay and go by a walk. There is plenty of other parkings around so next time I will definitely stick somewhere else.
M	Marcela Voskova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WHEN YOU ARE IN TROUBLE Fast Parking WILL MAKE IT WORSE! My flight was delayed cca 1 hour in the night. After the first call I waited 15 min. I called them once again and waited another 10 min to pick me up. Summing up 25 min of desperate waiting after midnight when it was raining. I felt helpless when seeing other companies' minivans rotated to pick up their clients 2 times at least. The end of the story is NO EXCUSE JUST BAD BEHAVIOUR OF THE DRIVER!

T	Timo Puig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic structure, you can see a lot of work, planning and organization has gone into this activity - perfect example of saying "you are as strong as your weakest link", which in this case was a lady at the desk whose bad attitude and approach didnt reflect that of the structure or the rest of the team. Shame. Perhaps better in a role that doesnt include contact with the public.
A	Aurica Radu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever! Avoid as much as possible: Exactly during Easter we book 4 cars from them. They took with the shuttle from the airport only the drivers, and they were insisting they will come right away for kids and our wifes. Actually this was not happening not even one hour, while they were doing at least another 3-4 rounds and refusing our grupe that remained at the airport. Only when arguing and threatining the driver, after the desperate call from the persons in airport, they finaly respect theyr comitment. Do that when speaking about wifes and children, I find the worst service ever, and they do not desirve to have customers. Shame, shame, shame! (Not to mention I was asking many times to discuss or to be called by they Manager and they were not doing anything)
