★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ritirato la nostra nuova Mercedes EQA mercoledì 9 marzo 2022 e, devo dire, siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla professionalità del signor Filippo, il quale ci ha illustrato esaustivamente tutte le funzionalità della vettura, dedicandoci tutto il tempo necessario e rispondendo a qualsiasi perplessità.
 We picked up our new Mercedes EQA on Wednesday 9 March 2022 and, I must say, we were pleasantly impressed by the professionalism of Mr. Filippo, who fully illustrated all the car's features, dedicating all the necessary time to us and responding to any doubts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio non all'altezza per un marchio rinomato come Mercedes, dopo 9 tentativi telefonici sono riuscito a mettermi in contatto con il service ( suonava sempre occupato e il messaggio registra mi invitava a lasciare un messaggio dopo il segnale acustico); più di una volta sono stato presso il service per problemi all'auto ma ho sempre avuto problemi, a mio avviso il personale non è competente , solo un paio di persone si salvano, la ragazza in accettazione sembra scocciata non si può fare uja domanda che risponde seccata e in maniera sbrigativa come se tutti sapessero tutto dell'attività di riparazione mercedes.. ho portato l'auto più volte e ho sempre avuto problemi, capitato anche di portare l'auto per 3 problemi e il preventivo veniva fatto per 2 problemi, il terzo è stato dimenticato.. prezzo della manodopera osceno per il servizio offerto.. il service Lodauto va completamente rivisto
Service not up to par for a renowned brand like Mercedes, after 9 telephone attempts I managed to get in touch with the service (it always sounded busy and the recorded message invited me to leave a message after the beep); more than once I have been to the service for car problems but I have always had problems, in my opinion the staff is not competent, only a couple of people are saved, the girl in reception seems annoyed you cannot ask uja question that she replies annoyed and hastily as if everyone knew everything about the mercedes repair activity .. I took the car several times and I always had problems, I also happened to bring the car for 3 problems and the estimate was made for 2 problems , the third was forgotten .. obscene labor price for the service offered .. the Lodauto service must be completely revised
