Visto l'annuncio dell'auto che gli interessava(una BMW X1), ha telefonato, gli hanno chiesto di richiamare il giorno dopo, l'ha fatto e gli hanno risposto anche se era domenica. Si sono messi d'accordo per il giorno dopo, l'ha vista e fermata con un acconto. Ci è voluto qualche giorno affinché fosse pronto il finanziamento. Quando è arrivato il bonifico si sono sentiti e il giorno dopo siamo andati a ritirarla, il tempo di andare in agenzia per il passaggio di proprietà e al ritorno ci hanno consegnato le chiavi. Per noi è stata la prima esperienza di questo tipo e vogliamo ringraziare i ragazzi per la disponibilità (anche a rispondere alle "diverse" telefonate fatte dal "chiacchierone" ?) . Grazie!!! Two guys, Alessandro and Amedeo, kind and of few words (I say this because my husband is a talker like there are few of them ?). Seeing the announcement of the car he was interested in (a BMW X1), he phoned, they asked him to call back the next day, he did and they answered even though it was Sunday. They made an agreement for the next day, he saw her and stopped her with a deposit. It took a few days for the financing to be ready. When the transfer arrived they heard and the next day we went to collect it, the time to go to the agency for the change of ownership and on the return they gave us the keys. For us it was the first experience of this kind and we want to thank the guys for their availability (also to answer the "different" phone calls made by the "chatterbox" ?). Thank you!!!

Mi ha attirato questa concessionaria che, diversamente da molte altre, mostrava la targa in foto e che aveva a catalogo diverse vetture usate di quel segmento con un rapporto km/anni molto realistico. Dopo una visura al PRA e vari controlli sui portali ho deciso di contattare la concessionaria che mi ha fatto provare la vettura (preciso che arrivo da Torino). Focal point è stato Alessandro, che assieme ai suoi colleghi mi hanno accompagnato nell'esperienza di acquisto in maniera gentile e professionale. Con ogni veicolo usato è sempre questione di fortuna, ma partire da solide basi è essenziale per non trovarsi "a terra". Ottima la garanzia post-vendita che si somma a quella di conformità. Focal point was Alessandro, who together with his colleagues accompanied me in the shopping experience in a kind and professional way. With every used vehicle it is always a matter of luck, but starting from a solid foundation is essential in order not to be "on the ground". It was quiet easy! The seller is a flexible man, he works thoroughly, him and his collegue do everything to makes you satisfied with the car. An excellent company, I just can say.
