★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pasta ripiena è eccezionale. Unico difetto l'altissima richiesta, per cui non sempre ci sono tutte le varietà, e il fatto che essendo concepito per l'ingrosso, spesso le confezioni sono da 1 kg.

Assaggiati per la prima volta gli gnocchi di patata viola conditi con fonduta di taleggio come consigliato dalla signora. Una vera poesia.
Settimana prossima ordinerò entrambi per una pranzo di compleanno.

Taste for the first time the purple potato gnocchi seasoned with taleggio fondue as recommended by the lady. A true poem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena varcata la soglia d'ingresso al pastificio si è accolti con gentilezza e competenza. Vengono illustrati i vari prodotti di loro produzione. La qualità è eccellente ma si potrebbe incrementare la vendita ai privati se si riducessero i quantitativi minimi acquistabili che nella maggior parte dei casi è di un kilo. Se ci si approvvigiona di eccellenze alimentari fresche sono riluttante alla conservazione del surplus in congelatore e in questo modo si riducono le possibilità di acquisto. La pasta fresca si può ordinare alla mattina presto per essere ritirata dopo due/tre ore.
As soon as you cross the threshold of the pasta factory you are greeted with kindness and competence. The various products of their production are illustrated. The quality is excellent but the sale to private individuals could be increased if the minimum quantities that can be purchased were reduced, which in most cases is one kilo. If you stock up on fresh food excellence, I am reluctant to keep the surplus in the freezer and in this way the possibilities of buying are reduced. Fresh pasta can be ordered early in the morning to be collected after two / three hours.
