Causa COVID, per il tagliando, non potendo andare dal concessionario dove ho acquistato, mi sono recato presso di loro. Non male come officina, sono però tutti sordi non sentono i rumori che la vettura fa. Attenzione, vi offrono auto sostitutiva come se fosse un servizio al cliente senza dirvi che ha un costo e quando la restituite c'è la sorpresa. Io sono stato ingenuo a non chiedere ma onestamente non ho mai pagato un'auto sostitutiva se non pochi euro per azzeramento franchigie. Because of COVID, for the coupon, not being able to go to the dealer where I bought it, I went to them. Not bad as a workshop, but they are all deaf and do not hear the noises the car makes. Attention, they offer you a replacement car as if it were a customer service without telling you that it has a cost and when you return it there is a surprise. I was naive not to ask but honestly I have never paid for a replacement car other than a few euros for zero deductibles.

Azienda a conduzione famigliare: di questi tempi avere a che fare con persone che ci mettono la faccia è molto importante. Dai titolari (famiglia Rota) al venditore con cui ho provato l'auto prima dell'acquisto (sig. Brivio) passione e competenza. I rarely give 5 stars, but as I was treated and assisted in the test and purchase of my FANTASTIC SUZUKI JIMNY, I can only speak well of this dealership. Questa persona è stata nei miei riguardi estremamente MALEDUCATA, SCORTESE e aggressiva fin dall'inizio senza nemmeno conoscermi, per non dire nel mio caso assolutamente INCOMPETENTE. Per ben tre volte Ho dovuto sopportare questo comportamento nella speranza che si risolvesse il problema, che però il suddetto non è stato in grado di risolvere. Alla fine mi ha pure detto di non portare più la macchina perché lui non avrebbe fatto più niente sbattendomi le chiavi in mano. Non so come possa una figura di riferimento così importante di una concessionaria così importante di un marchio così importante permettersi di comportarsi in questa maniera impunemente. Pertanto la mia esperienza con il service di questa concessionaria è assolutamente negativa. Spero di non doverci mettere più piede. Ringrazio la concessionaria autorota in particolar modo il signor Curzio x i consigli la disponibilità e la velocità nella consegna. Consiglio suzuki nulla da invidiare a bmw vw audi o alfa che ho avuto in passato. L	Luca Gazzola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and friendly staff, we did not have a clear idea on the veichle to buy, but they helped us sort it out, and also let us do a test drive, even if we didn't ask in advance. I highly recommend this place if you plan on buying a suzuki or a subaru.
