Ricevuto contatto diretto via mail nel giro di poche ore con alcune info sulla vettura. ho telefonato al n indicato e subito al 1° impatto ho percepito: volontà di ascolto e professionalità sia specifica sia nelle relazioni con cliente. Stavo parlando con Andrea Carbognani. Dopo pochissimo tempo avevamo già concluso. Ho prenotato la vettura che dopo una settimana è arrivata. ho ricevuto un esaustivo book fotografico+video. Dopodiché ho fatto il bonifico. il giorno successivo ho ritirato presso Ghinzani Store la vettura. In quell'occasione ho conosciuto Andrea e Lara. Persone impagabili. Gentili, cordiali, efficienti, professionali, competenti; voglio aggiungere questo commento: i dipendenti che qualunque imprenditore vorrebbe avere. Ho conosciuto solo loro due, ma non ho dubbi a pensare che il loro colleghi siano allo stesso livello. Team eccezionale! Then I made the transfer. the next day I collected the car at the Ghinzani Store. On that occasion I met Andrea and Lara. Priceless people. Kind, cordial, efficient, professional, competent; I want to add this comment: the employees that any entrepreneur would like to have. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata . Serietà , onesta ‘ e competenza le tre parole chiavi . Accolti con un sorriso , il che non guasta mai , abbiamo trovato in maniera molto veloce un’auto adatta alle nostre esigenze , gusto , budget e nel giro di pochi giorni avevamo già le chiavi in mano con tutte le pratiche svolte . Un ringraziamento particolare a Lara per la sua gentilezza e una nota di merito ad Andrea Carbognani ,direttore vendite , per la sua professionalità e con cui mi sono trovato splendidamente . Never was a choice more apt. Reliability, honesty and competence are the three keywords. Welcomed with a smile, which never hurts, we quickly found a car that suited our needs, taste, budget and within a few days we already had the keys in hand with all the paperwork carried out. A special thanks to Lara for her kindness and a note of merit to Andrea Carbognani, sales manager, for her professionalism and with whom I found myself splendidly. I highly recommend everyone.
