Conosco questa officina da qualche anno e posso dire di essere fortunato perchè in qualsiasi occasione ho trovato di fronte, non solo un'autofficina ma delle persone disponibili e molto trasparenti, che di questo tempo si fa fatica ad avere. E' una delle pochissime realtà dove non ci si nasconde dietro a delle tempistiche o dei prezzi irreali ma soprattutto non esistono prodotti scadenti e di bassa qualità. Luca è molto chiaro per quanto riguarda gli interventi da fare e ti da la possibilità di scegliere fin dall'inizio il prodotto e l'intervento desiderato. Ottima professionalità e grande disponibilità, molto trasparenza e puntualità. Non vengono proposti prodotti scadenti e/o proposte di bassa qualità. I titolari sono molto chiari per quanto riguarda gli interventi da fare e ti offrono la possibilità di scegliere, senza forzature, fin dall'inizio il prodotto e l'intervento desiderato. Dopo due mesi ecco accendersi la spia "anomalia generica" del motore e inizia la mia via crucis con appuntamenti, chiamate, controlli in concessionaria e perdita di tempo. Stanco della situazione faccio una ricerca in rete e trovo questa officina e mi decido a contattarli, pur consapevole che avrei dovuto rimetterci di tasca mia non rivolgendomi più alla concessionaria. È stata la svolta decisiva: persone competenti e professionali decise a risolvere il problema e non a temporeggiare. Nel più breve tempo possibile mi hanno riconsegnato l'auto in perfette condizioni. Vivamente consigliato per ogni problema alla vostra autovettura... ancora grazie! In February 2021 I risk my first purchase of a non-new methane car at a well-known dealership in Bergamo. m	mc mc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Montato impianto, e subito problemi. Sono ritornato piu' volte per sistemare i guasti , con titolare ogni volta piu' scocciato e poco professionale. Al prezzo pattuito mi hanno aggiunto sanificazione , ed altre voci. Attenzione non si può fare, ma inseriscono codici nelle centraline , a dir loro per ricordare le manutenzioni programmate ma che interrompe il funzionamento impianto e obbliga a tornare da loro per sbloccarle. Adesso vediamo come smentiscono.
