Di auto ne abbiamo acquistate parecchie (da Porsche a BMW a fiat), ma nessuno ci ha mai trattati come uno dei venditori Peugeot di questo posto (non che gli altri fossero molto più gentili). Per un quarto d’ora ci ha parlato malissimo, da scocciato, come se fossimo un fastidio, fino a quando non abbiamo sbottato perché non se ne poteva più. Incapaci, incompetenti e maleducati... cambiate lavoro che (forse) almeno le recensioni miglioreranno! Too bad you can't give zero stars because one is too many! We bought a lot of cars (from Porsche to BMW to fiat), but no one ever treated us like one of the Peugeot sellers in this place (not that the others were much nicer). For a quarter of an hour he talked very badly to us, annoyed, as if we were a nuisance, until we blurted out because he couldn't take it anymore. Clueless, incompetent and rude ... change jobs that (maybe) at least the reviews will improve!

In questi giorni l'ho disturbato di sera o nei giorni festivi, e lui mi ha sempre risposto e aiutato. Davvero eccellente, sia come professionista che come persona. S	Sara Tosini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza con il venditore con cui siamo capitati, il signor I.P. è stato gentile e disponibile solo fino al momento della firma del contratto e consegna della caparra. Anche se i prezzi di questo concessionario sono leggermente più bassi della media, non valgono la poca trasparenza del trattamento che abbiamo ricevuto. Il venditore rispondeva a mail e chiamate con giorni di ritardo, informazioni pressapochiste, non c'era mai nulla di chiaro e certo (nè sugli optional dell'auto nè sui costi del finanziamento) e per di più scocciato. Di mese in mese ci è stata posticipata la data di consegna dell'auto (per un ritardo accumulato di ben 6 mesi) e non ci è mai stata proposta un'alternativa, fino a quando esasperati dalla situazione, abbiamo deciso di rescindere il contratto. Una situazione vergognosa di cui nessuno si è assunto la responsabilità nè tanto meno si è scusato. The seller replied to e-mails and calls with days late, careless information, there was never anything clear and certain (neither on the car options nor on the financing costs) and moreover he was annoyed. From month to month the delivery date of the car was postponed (due to an accumulated delay of 6 months) and we were never offered an alternative, until exasperated by the situation, we decided to terminate the contract. A shameful situation for which no one has taken responsibility nor apologized.
