L	L'ARTE DELLA PIETRA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io ho avuto un eccellente esperienza, stamattina alle 5:00 ho consegnato l’auto al aeroporto ed erano già li ad aspettarmi. Non ho preso l’aereo per mancanza tampone, ho chiamato Park orio, in meno di 10 minuti mi hanno riportato l’auto è mi hanno rimborsato intera cifra. Poi ovviamente nessuno fa niente per niente, sono stato io a insistere di darli una mancia. Complimenti per tutto ParkOrio, alla prossima I had an excellent experience, this morning at 5:00 I delivered the car to the airport and they were already there waiting for me. Servizio pessimo, abbiamo aspettato in aeroporto che ci venissero a prendere mezz'ora con due bambine di cui una piccola. E nonostante tre telefonate di sollecito è arrivato accampando scuse inesistenti, del tipo c'era traffico quando tutti gli altri operatori di parcheggio arrivavano continuamente (e i parcheggi sono più o meno nella stessa strada) e senza neanche scusarsi. Ovviamente te lo dicono quando sei in navetta e ti chiedono 5€ In più a persona. Vi lascio immaginare il rientro con pioggia e valigie piene. Maleducati al telefono. Alla partenza non ti lasciano davanti al’aeroporto ma in un sottopassaggio a 500m che da fare in salita, incinta di sei mesi, con i bagagli e sotto il sole non è proprio simpatico, e te lo dicono solo quando sei già in navetta. Il rientro peggio ancora, con pioggia e valigie piene ad aspettare 40 minuti che arrivi qualcuno per poi ritrovarsi con un cafone maleducato che ti tratta come una pezza da piedi! The shuttle arrived but there were too many people, so we had to wait more than 30 minutes for THE SINGLE SHUTTLE THEY HAVE to make it's way back. Since we were 12, I had to make the whole ride with my girlfriend on my lap...had the police stopped us, we would have never made it home. If you are in a hurry or simply value your time, use some other parking service, because this one isn't worth the few bucks you will be saving.
G	Giuseppe Alasso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, LOW PROFESSIONALISM, TO GET AN INVOICE I HAD TO THREAT THE LADY BY CALLING GDF. We had to recharge an EV 500. An app suggested this parking, but a blonde lady asked 5€ simply to enter the parking. I accepted, we put the car in charge, and once ready to go she wanted only to be paid by cash. After pushing to use the card she tried to charge me 7€ due to commission fees. I insisted not to pay and she did the same till I found a 5€ note. Once given she refused to give a tax-invoice, till I mentioned I was ready to call Guardia di Finanza (which i did later once in the car). After this escalation she issued a paper. LOW PROFESSIONALISM, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
