A	Anna Immormino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcheggio sconsigliatissimo! Non ti avvisano nemmeno e con la navetta ti lasciano ad un sottopasso dove poi da lì bisogna camminare fino all’aeroporto! Stessa cosa per il ritorno! Prima volta che una navetta non accompagna i passeggeri davanti all’entrata dell’aeroporto! Parking not recommended! They do not even warn you and with the shuttle they leave you at an underpass where you have to walk from there to the airport! Same thing for the return! First time that a shuttle does not accompany passengers in front of the airport entrance!

La navetta non lascia all’aeroporto, ma al sotto passaggio. Quando siamo rientrati alla mi chiamata mi hanno detto che dovevo arrivare al sottopassaggio. Alla mi richiesta se potessero venire in aeroporto mi è stato risposto che avevo pagato per questo servizio e il recupero in aeroporto costava di più?!? Dubbioso vado sulla prenotazione….nulla, sul sito….nulla!!!! Ora sicuramente c’è scritto da qualche parte, ma no nella mia prenotazione e sicuramente no tra le opzione di prenotazioni. In conclusione servizio super sconsigliato!!! Bad service, booked online on arrival, I received a bad check-in. The staff was very grumpy. The shuttle does not leave at the airport, but at the underpass. When we got back to my call they told me I had to get to the underpass. When asked if they could come to the airport I was told that I had paid for this service and the recovery at the airport cost more?!? Doubtful I go on the reservation .... nothing, on the site .... nothing !!!! Now it is certainly written somewhere, but not in my booking and certainly not in the booking options. In conclusion, super service not recommended !!!

Innanzitutto ti lasciano al sottopassaggio e non alle partenze/arrivi, quindi devi farti 5 minuti a piedi, che se c'è brutto tempo o è notte, come nel mio caso che sono arrivata alle 00.40, non è il massimo. Arrivata all' autorimessa ho trovato la mia auto fuori( mentre io avevo pagato per il coperto) con le chiavi incustodite sul parabrezza. Arrivata a casa, mi sono accorta che il portachiavi della pandora era rotto. Li ho richiamati subito e sono stati di una scortesia unica. Mi hanno detto che non di lasciano cose di valore vicino le chiavi, che le chiavi stanno con tutte le altre quindi si possono rompere e che avendo comunicato l'accaduto quando sono arrivata a casa, posso anche averlo rotto io. NO COMMENT ,so solo che non ci andrò più NEVER AGAIN! First of all they leave you at the underpass and not at the departures / arrivals, so you have to walk 5 minutes, which if there is bad weather or it's night, as in my case when I arrived at 00.40, it's not the best. When I arrived at the garage I found my car outside (while I had paid for the cover) with the keys unattended on the windshield. When I got home, I realized that the pandora keyring was broken. I called them back immediately and they were of a unique rudeness. They told me that they do not leave valuables near the keys, that the keys are with all the others so they can be broken and that having communicated what happened when I got home, I could also have broken it myself. NO COMMENT, I just know that I will not go there anymore
F	Federico Migliorini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato per parcheggio coperto chiavi in mano, invece hanno inventato scuse dicendo che c era un sovraprezzo (quasi il doppio) ho verificato screenshot ed era chiaramente indicato coperto chiavi in mano , ho pagato quindi per parcheggio coperto e invece hanno lasciato l auto all aperto. Ci sono stati altri problemi che evito di citare per mancanza di prove certe documentabili. Auto comunque trovata puzzolente (odore persistente da officina) e impolverata anche dentro. Io mi sono sentito truffato, non andrò più di sicuro. Molto negativo per me. Booked for covered turnkey parking, instead they made up excuses saying there was a surcharge (almost double) I checked screenshots and it was clearly marked turnkey covered, so I paid for covered parking and instead they left the car outside. There have been other problems that I avoid mentioning due to a lack of certain documentable evidence. However, the car was found smelly (persistent workshop smell) and dusty inside too. I felt cheated, I will not go anymore for sure. Very bad for me.

L auto una volta arrivata al parcheggio, l'hanno parcheggiata loro senza nemmeno sanificarsi, toccando ovviamente il volante etc etc . La signora che ci ha ricevuto, non ci ha nemmeno caricato le valige dicendo che erano pesanti (13 kg e 14 kg), molto maleducata e arrogante. Non ci ha accompagnato nemmeno all'entrata partenze, ma ci hanno scaricate a 500 mt oltre un sottopasso per bici. Stessa cosa per il ritorno! Viaggio più volte all anno e non mi è mai capitata una situazione del genere! NEVER AGAIN! Bad experience! Not recommended. I booked 4 days, turnkey, covered parking. (€ 50.00 ... if this is low price!) Once the car arrived at the parking lot, they parked it without even sanitizing themselves, obviously touching the steering wheel etc etc. The lady who received us didn't even load our bags saying they were heavy (13 kg and 14 kg), very rude and arrogant. He did not even accompany us to the departures entrance, but they unloaded us 500 meters beyond an underpass for bikes. Same thing for the return! I travel several times a year and such a situation has never happened to me!
