Perfect rental experience. Pick up was very fast, we got a good offer for an upgrade and took it. They allow after hours returns so that worked out great for us. Try it.

Avoid, terrible experience. Brought back the car in what for me were perfect conditions. As agreed, I left it in the parking outside the office and dropped the keys in the box. The company now wants to charge me 280eur for a scratch that I don’t recognize and that could have been done by anyone after dropping the car as it was left in a parking by the street that everyone can access. Reading the previous reviews this seems to be a repeating pattern, so avoid if you can. If you have already booked be EXTRA CAREFUL and take photos / videos of the car on which you show date and time.

This company may seem like the cheapest, but they will SCAM I rented a car in September for 70 Euros and they keep on taking 61 Euros from my Account every single month. My bank is defending me in this case but if you dont want trouble just dont book with them BIG SCAM BE CAREFUL

We had an absolutely horrible experience here. They tried charging us for previous marks on cars done by other renters. The customer service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. The staff was neither friendly nor accommodating and I would not recommend anyone rent from them. You would be better off with ANY other company!

What first started as a smooth process turned out to be a horrible experience after manager gave us free "upgrade". I double checked with him if it is automatic, he assured us it is and blocked deposit on my card, that was corresponding to the upgraded car model. After going to the car, we found that the car is manual... it even says so on the car key as we later saw. At this point manager was already busy with another client and refused to resolve our issue before processing other clients (who unfortunately also had some sort of issue). After making us wait for quiet a while, manager was very rude and did not even apologise for the delay or his mistake. He then proceeded to give us the car that we actually booked, saying that "it was booked for someone else later..(???)." (good luck to those people, they will probably not get a car at all). He forgot to give me new contract (failing his basic responsibilities), for which I had to come back. And refused to change the deposit, from 400EUR to 300EUR, which was appropriate to the car we got. Mistakes happen, but attitude, rudeness and no apology is not acceptable.

We rented a car 2 days ago and while we were parked in Siena a person hit the car. This person talked to the main guy in the office and also we provided all the details so this could be claimed to the insurance. The day after, we received a charge notification for a damage we did not do. It the opposite wheel and front part of the car being that damage already in the damage list they provide when you pick the car. 80€ to fill out the form and 50€ for the reparation, when we did not damage the car at all. We called the rental car agent and he never picked up the phone, also 2 emails where sent to him asking to provide further details and proving that the damage was already in the list and no reply. As we did not have the insurance with them, we believe they used the opportunity to fix the car and make you claim the service to the insurance you have.

At first I was very scared due to reviews. We went to their office in Florence last minute looking for a car. They promised a fiat 500 cabrio which was rented to other customer, so they gave us better car for the same price. We did the full insurance package so we had no issues with extra charges. The car wasn’t extra clean but it was descent. They are value for money compared to other multinational companies, so I will rent from them upon my next visit to Italy. It is serious company, just make the full insurance package and you will have no issues.
