★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima attenzione al cliente, danno conferma per appuntamenti per poi farti venire e aspettare più di un'ora (e allora che appuntamento è??). Ogni gomma cambiata da loro mi si è sgonfiata/bucata dopo qualche km. Sconsigliatissimi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi dargli meno di una stella lo farei, nella mattinata di giovedì 12 c.m. mi sono trovato con una gomma del semirimorchio forata, dopo aver girato diversi gommisti che operavano solo su autovetture mi sono recato presso questo "gommista" che mi ha detto che non aveva tempo, che aveva già un camion sotto e che non sapeva nemmeno se lo avrebbe finito per la sera ( hai belle detto lo chiamano alla Ferrari per i pit stop!) , gli ho fatto notare che era lì solo per una semplice foratura e per tutta risposta mi ha detto quasi scocciato che "non era la persona che faceva per me" ... che diavolo di risposta è? ...... immedesimatevi nella situazione e tirate voi le somme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic service. Our tyres got broken before Venice during the weekend. Nobody was able to help us on Monday, even Skoda service. Insurance company ordered 4 new tyres of the same brand as we had, but they would come after we leave Firenze. But this service ordered different tyres of the same quality and we were able to use our car during that same day. Even the owner was not able to speak English, he manage to explain us everything by hands / legs and translator. He was very nice and helpful and we are so much grateful for his service! Absolutely recommend!
