M	Marta Ri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi risparmio tutta la disamina delle vicissitudini incontro a cui sono andata per un pacco di cui avevo pagato la spedizione, e nonostante ciò sono dovuta andare io stessa a prendere. Vado al dunque scrivendo che se avete a che fare con questo servizio tutto ciò che potete aspettarvi è professionalità inesistente, nessuna voglia di fare consegne (ci sono tantissimi pacchi in giacenza) e nessuna disponibilità. Inoltre una sede di Capannori non recapita più pacchi e l'altra è chiusa, quindi per favore abbiate perlomeno la decenza di cambiare l'indirizzo sul sito internet e metterne uno corretto. Se avete bisogno di un confronto diretto nessuno vi risponderà al telefono e anche l'assistenza via email del sito è completamente inutile (io ho mandato una serie innumerevole di email, finché non mi sono presentata di persona). Un servizio così è veramente poco valido! Ho scritto in grassetto sopra al pacco gli orari di apertura del negozio dove doveva essere effettuata la consegna, che ovviamente non hanno minimamente guardato, e quindi mi è arrivata la notifica di tentata consegna. Dove Indica la mappa non c’è assolutamente niente se non capannoni di altre ditte. Sotto il sole ho dovuto chiedere a più persone e 15 giorni fa non sono riuscita a raggiungere il luogo. Oggi ho riprovato prima chiamando il numero 055463670 a cui non risponde nessuno dopo enne chiamate che durano circa 60 secondi. Sono partita comunque e grazie a corrette indicazioni di una persona di zona ho trovato l’ufficio aperto solo dalle 9 alle 12 dal lunedì al venerdì ( se si lavora si devono prendere ferie) ASSURDO! L’operatrice, alle mie rimostranze, ha risposto che era colpa del comune che avrebbe dovuto dire che il documento richiesto si ritira anche presso i loro uffici: ancora peggio si scaricano le proprie inefficienze su altri. Non basta sul sito di nexive compare ancora la sede di San Concordio: ci sono passata ed è tutto chiuso probabilmente da settimane o mesi, non c’è più niente se non l’adesivo di nexive sulle vetrate. I pacchi rimangono in giacenza giorni, nonostante solleciti e reclami, senza che nessuno alla fine risponda o riesca a risolvere il problema. Annullerò tutti gli ordini presi in carico da nexive, visto che succede ogni volta e non è un caso isolato Bad courier, the worst. Tracking che non si aggiornano, servizio clienti probabilmente posticcio, sede che non si sa dove sia esattamente, pacchi finiti chissà, in un portale spazio temporale. Mentre uno è costretto ad aspettare Godot all'indirizzo di recapito. Spero siano denunciabili, fare acquisti online è diventata una penitenza, nel terrore di veder affidata la merce a Nexive Lucca.
