★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention serious cyclists...Max is THE guy to so see for mechanical help, best selection of Assos gear, Eroica or modern bike rentals or buying a bike. Nicole is usually there to help Max with Italian/English translations...she's also very knowledgeable and helpful. I've rented top quality bikes from Max for 2 years in a row now (both modern and vintage Colnagos; always an attention to detail. Today I picked up my modern rental from him....a Ridley Helium with Campy Super Record! When the pros come to Lucca for training and need local help, Max is the guy they go see.
