★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo l'esigenza di sostituire un pezzo e valutare l'entità di una rumorosità proveniente dal sistema frenante. Dopo 3gg senza notizie vado in negozio e mi viene detto che il problema non è sufficientemente chiaro e mi consiglia di lasciare ancora la bici e mi avrebbe comunicato l'indomani la problematica esatta...be, dopo una settimana di attesa, e ovviamente nessuno che ti aggiorna telefonicamente, torno in negozio per scoprire che, non solo la bici non era nemmeno stata sfiorata, ma giaceva in un angolo sepolta da altre bici accatastate sopra (la mia bici è nuova, quindi si può capire il fastidio).
Per concludere... accoglienza sommaria (sembra che quasi dai fastidio), cortesia inesistente, affidabilità nemmeno a parlarne, sui prezzi non so che dire visto che la mia riparazione non è stata nemmeno presa in considerazione, e a sto punto mi sia concesso di nutrire un forte dubbio anche sulla competenza.
Conclusione...A meno che non facciate parte della cerchia dei suoi amichetti "di uscita" perderete molto del vostro tempo in quel negozio.
I needed to replace a part and evaluate the amount of noise coming from the braking system. After 3 days without news I go to the shop and I am told that the problem is not sufficiently clear and he advises me to leave the bike again and he would have communicated the exact problem to me the next day ... well, after a week of waiting, and obviously nobody who updates you by phone, I go back to the shop to find that, not only was the bike not even touched, but it was lying in a corner buried by other bikes stacked on it (my bike is new, so you can understand the annoyance).
To conclude ... summary welcome (it almost seems to bother you), non-existent courtesy, reliability not even talking about it, I don't know what to say about the prices since my repair has not even been taken into consideration, and at this point I am allowed to feed a strong doubt also about competence.
Bottom Line ... Unless you're part of her "outgoing" circle of pals, you'll be wasting a lot of your time in that shop.

They were very helpful and competent and helped us instantly. The same day we had both our bikes fixed at a reasonable price. (By the way they have a huge variety of Specialized and Trek bikes in their shop! ??) Thank you very much for saving our holidays! ❤
