Portata in officina una macchina 'sana" e con il compito di fare un tagliando arricchito di distribuzione e sostituzione olio nel cambio automatico vengo avvertito dal titolare che il lavoro era stato fatto ma che c'era la turbina rotta cosa della quale non mi sarei accorto. Profusione di parole e argomentazioni senza voler riconoscere che la turbina si era rotta in casa loro, visto che un adulto sano di 60 anni non porta a fare distribuzione ecc. in una auto con la turbina rotta. Spesa più che raddoppiata rispetto al preventivo messa in addebito pressoché esclusivo al cliente. Vergogna. Ovvio che la cosa non finisce qui. Ho avuto bisogno della loro assistenza pochi giorni fa, per la mia Citroen C3 Picasso, in vista di un lungo viaggio, per un problema alla centralina ABS e poi abbiamo cambiato anche la cinghia di distribuzione e sostituito le pasticche dei freni e altri pezzi. Posso dire solo bene del loro operato, consiglio vivamente questa officina. Kind, helpful and professional. I needed their assistance a few days ago, for my Citroen C3 Picasso, in view of a long journey, for a problem with the ABS control unit and then we also changed the timing belt and replaced the brake pads and other parts.
