Wanted to borrow 2 e-bikes for 4 days each. First we were ignored for a while and then they said that nothing in our size was in stock ......... not worth the long way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un grazie enorme a Luca Franceschi che è riuscito a risolvermi il problema della mia TREK, acquistata presso in un negozio di Pontedera Fanelli bike dove la sua professione è 0.......dopo tanti tentativi di prove e aver fatto un filmato da loro richiesto volevano mettere a confronto con la sua bici in negozio e non sto a raccontare altro solo che per me possono chiudere il bandone... grazie a Franceschi Luca.
A huge thank you to Luca Franceschi who managed to solve the problem of my TREK, purchased at a shop in Pontedera Fanelli bike where his profession is 0 ....... after many attempts of tests and having made a video from requested they wanted to compare with his bike in the shop and I'm not saying anything else only that for me they can close the bandone ... thanks to Franceschi Luca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molto sgarbati e presuntuosi , dopo mesi mi hanno riconsegnato la ruota rimandata alla casa costruttrice in garanzia e hanno rimontato il pacco pignone male.
They are very rude and presumptuous, after months they returned the wheel sent back to the manufacturer under warranty and they reassembled the sprocket pack badly.
