Tutto il giorno che ho chiamato e non ho ricevuto risposta, e dopo una giornata passata in casa ad aspettare un pacco importante leggo la tracciabilità sul sito e caso strano c'è scritto che non sono riusciti a consegnare per via del malfunzionamento del mezzo. Sono andato all'indirizzo specificato....si erano trasferiti. Sono andato al nuovo indirizzo: mi hanno detto che il pacco era stato affidato ad un padroncino. Vado al terzo indirizzo e il padroncino non sa dove sia il pacco. Dopo diverse ricerche....é saltato fuori. Ho messo una stella solo per poter scrivere la recensione Very bad experience. Dovevo ricevere un pacco ma dopo 48h dai vari solleciti al centralino senza nessun esito di sblocco della situazione ho deciso di ritirare personalmente il pacco. Così arrivo qua in sede in Via Tofanelli dove mi dicono che questa non è la sede incaricata al magazzinaggio ed alla consegna dei colli, quindi mi danno un numero di cellulare a cui chiamare...qua inizia il bello, dopo innumerevoli chiamate riesco a prendere la chiamata per ritirare personalmente, peccato che l'indirizzo fosse sbagliato. Dopo aver girato tutta la zona industriale di Via E. Matteti scopro che il fantomatico magazzino si trova al numero civico Via E.Mattei n.293. Riesco a ritirare e a parlare con i responsabile, inventandosi che il furgone era incidentato, nessuna scusa per il disservizio ed i 3 viaggi a vuoto. Lo chiamavano Corriere... Rating 0 Stars! Lunedi mi arriva il messaggio" tentativo di consegna effettuato," strano visto che ero a casa, forse non ho sento il campanello e nemmeno il cane che abbaia sempre a chiunque si avvicina al cancello, allora controllo sulla telecamera che registra proprio sul cancello e 15min prima e 15min dopo all'orario indicato non si vede nessuno. bene allora chiamo per sentire dov'è il corriere, se mi dice dov'è prendo al macchina e vado io da lui, ma...... alle 13:30 chiudono sicchè non chiami un bel nessuno. chiami il centralino che risponde da Tirana e ti dice che i tentativi sono finiti di chiamare dopo le 17:30 per sapere dove andrà in deposito il pacco. Tutte le volte sempre così.. Io credo che loro fanno fare ai pacchi una sorta di stagionatura, in maniera tale da rendere di qualità superiore i pacchi che consegnano... Non faccio in tempo a mettere le ciabatte che la vedo andare via, faccio un cenno con la mano, mi vede e mi ignora. Il tracking riporta che l'indirizzo non é stato trovato. Fate caso ai profili falsi costruiti con massimo 3 recensioni tutte negative magari oppure positive al massimo e queste negative. Profili magari creati dalla stessa persona che di professione fa lo stalker e quindi già di suo possiede un sacco di email. Fateci caso. Profili con 3 recensioni non possono avere tutti quei mi piace di utile. Addirittura le recensioni positive non vengono mostrate.
