b	barbara beni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ le impiegate praticamente non sanno niente come possono delegano il cliente a " deve guardare sul sito " ma dove siamo nel terzo mondo , personale abituato a timbrare cartoline e leccare francobolli messi a fare i finti bancari e venditori di promozioni previdenziali e schede telefonice sim delle poste , non sanno nemmeno di cosa stanno parlando..... the employees practically do not know anything as they can delegate the customer to "have to look on the site" but where we are in the third world, staff used to stamping postcards and licking postage stamps made to fake bankers and sellers of social security promotions and SIM phone cards from the post office , they don't even know what they're talking about .....

S	SIMONE CITTI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ore e ore passate in fila, un po’ come sempre, non so se sia a causa della scarsa preparazione degli operatori o per una semplice carenza di personale, suggerisco a chiunque di non utilizzare i servizi postali per nessuna ragione. In particolare a Lucca se proprio dovete rivolgervi a uno sportello utilizzate quello di Capannori, gli operatori sono molto più “svegli” e spesso i tempi di attesa sono inferiori ai 60 minuti. Mi auguro fortemente che si decida di migliorare il servizio delle poste di Picciorana, altrimenti tanto vale chiuderle!! (Sono inutilizzabili per chi ha un lavoro e non può perdere ore in fila) Hours and hours spent in line, a bit like always, I don't know if it is due to the poor preparation of the operators or a simple lack of staff, I suggest anyone not to use the postal services for any reason. In particular in Lucca, if you really have to go to a counter, use the one in Capannori, the operators are much more "awake" and often waiting times are less than 60 minutes. I strongly hope that they will decide to improve the service of the Picciorana post office, otherwise we might as well close them !! (They are unusable for those who have a job and cannot waste hours in line)
