Bollettini, prodotti postali ,pacchi, PosteMobile,raccomandste ecc...ho aspettato più di un ora per consegnare un pacco da spedire, cosa che in altri uffici postali ben organizzati ci vogliono al massimo 15 minuti. Bad Service .... a single row for everything. Bulletins, postal products, parcels, PosteMobile, recommended etc ... I waited more than an hour to deliver a package to be sent, which in other well-organized post offices takes at most 15 minutes.

Non accettano un pacco gia' affrancato che normalmente spedisco regolarmente in altri uffici, senza neanche verificare che la cosa e' effettivamente regolare secondo le normative delle Poste Italiane. Credo che chi lavora in un ufficio pubblico prima di stabilire un "no" categorico, sia tenuto ad informarsi presso l'azienda quando non conosce le normali procedure Not very competent. They do not accept a package that is already stamped and that I normally send regularly to other offices, without even verifying that it is actually regular according to the regulations of the Italian Post Office. I believe that those who work in a public office, before establishing a categorical "no", are required to inquire with the company when they do not know the normal procedures
L	LAURA MATTEOLI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo ufficio pessimo personale dietro al banco, sempre scortesi in particolare il Direttore che più di una volta ho visto rivolgersi con toni maleducati e irrispettosi verso i clienti. Il bello che sono aperti solo la mattina se lavorassero tutto il giorno non voglio immaginare quanto salirebbe il loro stress!! Bad office bad staff behind the counter, always rude especially the Manager who more than once I have seen addressing customers with rude and disrespectful tones. The nice thing is that they are only open in the morning if they worked all day I don't want to imagine how much their stress would rise !!
