F	Fiorenzo Sgambato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ke schifo di persone....giocano sulla bontà d'animo e sulla fiducia delle persone....ho comprato una macchina con 100.000km in più (ovviamente nn certificati) un vero e proprio pacco .... loro se ne sono strafregati e adesso mi tocca avere una macchina che fa schifo più i danni economici....e adesso dovrò andare in causa... spero che ne paghino le conseguenze....fate skifo come persone e come autorimessa..... Ke disgust of people .... play on the goodness of mind and on the trust of the people .... I bought a car with 100,000km more (of course not certified) a real package .... they if they are strafregati and now I have to have a car that sucks the most economic damage .... and now I will have to go ... I hope they pay the consequences .... do skifo as people and as a garage .....
S	Shaft Shaft on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perché non si può dare di meno dopo un mese per fortuna sono riuscito a vendere il pacco che mi era stato venduto e a distanza di tre anni mi arriva il cicchetto della tassa che a detta loro era in regola per quasi un anno ma che che a giugno 2020 hanno pensato di metterla in sospensione e farla ricadere su di me........state lontani da questa gente. A star because you can not give less after a month luckily I managed to sell the package that was sold to me and after three years I get the shot of the tax which, according to them, was in order for almost a year but that in June 2020 they thought of putting it on hold and letting it fall on me ........ stay away from these people.
A	Antonino Celentano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un azienda non affidabile !!!!comprai un auto estera 15 anni fa il quale solo ora mi sono reso conto che non era stata mai registrata alla motorizzazione....non so che imbroglio ci sia!!!oppure risparmiare !!!! Poi nel 2008 comprai una macchina la quale dopo pochi mesi mi resi conto che in motore era bruciato .....recandomi da loro e facendo presente del motore incominciavano a dire che non era il motore e cosi facendo passò l'anno di garanzia...forse un caso che 2 macchine comprate li mi hanno dato belle noi?non lo consigliere i a nessuno!!!!! It is not a reliable company !!!! I bought a foreign car 15 years ago which only now I realized that it had never been registered to the motorization .... I don't know what cheating there is !!! Or save !!! ! Then in 2008 I bought a car which after a few months I realized that in the engine it was burned ..... going to them and mentioning the engine they began to say that it was not the engine and in so doing passed the year of warranty. .. maybe a chance that 2 cars bought them gave me beautiful ones? G	Giovanni Cop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ottobre 2016 acquisto da AUTOGROUP di Leopoldo di Maio una Giulietta. Dopo un paio di mesi, mi accorgo che il riscaldamento non funziona. Chiamo per chiedere assistenza in garanzia e mi dicono che questo tipo di malfunzionamenti rientra nella garanzia. A marzo, a meno di 6 mesi dall’acquisto, rimango in panne a causa del motore rimasto senza liquido di raffreddamento. Alzando la macchina sul ponte scopro esserci una lesione nel monoblocco motore (un buco!!) dalla quale fuoriesce il liquido. Si notano evidenti segni di un precedente riparazione, che aveva ceduto. Porto subito la macchina da Autogroup facendo notare la gravità del danno. Loro mi rassicurano che risolveranno in qualche giorno. Ritiro la macchina, me la consegna la segretaria che non mi sa nemmeno dire cosa è stato fatto. Nel frattempo titolare irrintracciabile. Riporto la macchina dal meccanico e vediamo che non è stato fatto niente al motore, è stato solo versato un flacone di liquido turafalle che ha ridotto la quantità di acqua che fuoriesce. Tra l’altro mi avevano consegnato la macchina senza il carter sotto motore, quindi devo tornare da loro a prenderlo e farlo montare dal mio meccanico sulla vettura che ormai non era più marciante. A quel punto ricontatto Autogroup che si impegna (a parole) a trovare un motore sostitutivo per la mia macchina. Dopo settimane e vari miei solleciti non si fanno più sentire. A quel punto do incarico ad un avvocato, e nonostante abbiano ammesso la presenza di questo grave vizio occulto, ad oggi (fine maggio) non hanno fatto niente e non rispondono ai solleciti. Adesso mi tocca proseguire in tribunale per far valere il mio diritto alla GARANZIA. In October 2016, I bought a Giulietta from AUTOGROUP di Leopoldo di Maio. After a couple of months, I notice that the heating is not working. I call for warranty assistance and they tell me that this type of malfunction is covered by the warranty. In March, less than 6 months after the purchase, I was stranded because of the engine left without coolant. Raising the machine on the bridge I find there is an injury in the engine block (a hole !!) from which the liquid flows. There are evident signs of a previous repair, which had yielded. I immediately take the car to Autogroup, pointing out the seriousness of the damage. They reassure me that they will solve in a few days. I pick up the car, the secretary gives it to me, who can't even tell me what has been done. In the meantime, untraceable owner. I bring the car back to the mechanic and we see that nothing has been done to the engine, only a bottle of leaking liquid has been poured which has reduced the amount of water that comes out. Among other things, they had handed me the car without the crankcase under engine, so I have to go back to them to pick it up and have it installed by my mechanic on the car that was no longer running. At that point I contacted Autogroup again, which is committed (in words) to finding a replacement engine for my car. After weeks and several of my requests, they are no longer heard. At that point I assign a lawyer, and despite having admitted the presence of this serious hidden defect, to date (late May) they have done nothing and do not respond to requests. Now I have to go to court to assert my right to the GUARANTEE.
R	Raffaele Formisano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io nel 2013 acquista una megane sw del 2011 1.5 diesel con tetto panoramico, lo tolta il 2015 è devo dire che anche se il prezzo era un pochino alto rispetto al mercato mi sono trovato molto bene... Macchina perfetta mai speso un euro di manutenzione extra a parte i tagliandi periodici e il treno gomme.. Ora ho visto una Alfa Romeo Giulietta che mi interessa ma la recensione mi ha raffreddato un pochino non vorrei che fosse quella della recensione????. Comunque al di la del fatto cordiale è disponibile e molto professionale.
