Antonio, titolare della concessionaria, che mi ha inviato tramite WhatsApp una successione di scatti che mi documentava tutte le vari fasi del tagliando che mi aveva promesso verbalmente, iniziando con il cambio olio e vari filtri (olio, aria) e liquidi (parabrezza, radiatore), continuando con la sostituzione delle cinghie alternatore, distribuzione e pompa dell'acqua e per finire la sostituzione dei dischi freni e pasticche. Tutto questo riprendendo la mia auto, targa compresa. Da premettere che prima di acquistare l'auto ero molto diffidente, in generale, dei rivenditori, non avendo mai acquistato una macchina usata.
