★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono dovuto fermare con il mio autocaravan in uno spostamento con la mia famiglia mentre eravamo in vacanza nell'officina Longobardi, la tempestività e la professionalità dello staff coordinato dal titolare mi ha permesso di proseguire la mia vacanza in pochissimo tempo nonostante fosse venerdì 7 luglio alle ore 18.
Avevo la spia del motore accesa causa un sensore carburante forse difettoso.
Mi hanno aggiornato la centralina motore, e resettato vari errori il tutto a costo zero.
Quando ho voluto pagare il titolare mi diceva che non avendo cambiato dei pezzi non voleva nemmeno un cent, e aggiungeva che era contento che ci eravamo fermati nella loro officina.
Alle 19,15 ripartivo quasi commosso.
Una gran persona, credo che così ce ne siano veramente poche
I had to stop with my motor home on a move with my family while on vacation in the Longobardi workshop, the timeliness and professionalism of the staff coordinated by the owner allowed me to continue my holiday in no time despite it being Friday 7 July at 18.
I had the engine light on due to a possibly faulty fuel sensor.
They updated the engine control unit, and reset various errors, all at no cost.
When I wanted to pay the owner told me that not having changed parts he didn't want even a cent, and added that he was happy that we had stopped in their workshop.
At 19.15 I left again almost moved.
A great person, I think so there are very few

Se questo è il servizio che offre la FIAT, non comprerò più auto di questa marca, che evidentemente non è in grado di dare un servizio ai propri clienti.
I went three times, and on all these occasions they did not know / wanted to give me assistance, forcing me to go to other more competent workshops. If this is the service that FIAT offers, I will no longer buy cars of this brand, which obviously is unable to provide a service to its customers.
